I will not advise you to make any crypto establishment in US, you may need to know about the experience in which others are passing through currently concerning their crypto business and establishments over there.

I am having a hard time understanding you here, you want to create a token that would be used to purchase specific products? Goodluck with that, however people mostly use altcoins as trading tools, because of their lack of utility.

As far as I know, the united kingdom has never had a negative assumption about bitcoin. Cryptocurrency is largely accepted in the uk. Meanwhile about taxation, once you start making profit is the only time you’ll get taxed.

That is true. A lot of us tend to think so highly and dream about many things. Even is realistically we can’t actually do it. This is why failure may hurt more than necessary because we have hoped and we have thought that this will be the path to success already but it isn’t.

That's called an "utility token" and actually isn't a bad idea, basically you can crowdfund your own business' services in advance or give people additional incentives to use your business' services. At least if I interpret your intention correctly

In general utility tokens are one of the least tightly regulated token categories, for example in EU countries according to the recent MiCa regulation they're almost unregulated if you launch the token when the service you sell already exists. If not, e.g. if you sell the token first and then only offer your services, then you'll have to submit a whitepaper to the authorities.

Here I found an article about the UK legal situation which includes utility tokens, from October 2023. There you can find the following paragraph:

Utility tokens grant holders access to a current or future product or service within a discrete network or ecosystem which is typically provided using a DLT platform. They are only relevant for one particular ecosystem, and cannot be used as a means of payment in any other network or ecosystem. They do not grant the holders equivalent rights to those granted by specified investments (unlike security tokens). Utility tokens are unregulated.

So you are lucky, there doesn't seem to be specific regulation for that, so you have probably more liberties to design the tokenomics.

There is an even easier solution: You can "adopt" an existing, forgotten coin or token (if it wasn't premined, regulation-wise it should be better) and use it as an "inofficial" utility token for your business. This is if you don't want to bother with regulation at all, because then your business will be simply an entity accepting this coin/token for a good or service.

I know that you might have an unique idea that you don't want to share but anyone who's interested in helping won't get to know it since you're not open in sharing it. Maybe go to conventions and ask some angel investors it so that you'll have an idea who are the people personally that might come to steal and copy your idea, at least you have a facial recognition of them. Compared here, you'll never know who's the one you pitched your proposal copied it, if that's the scary part for you.

Gain trust from your colleagues because actually executing projects with them. Projects are everywhere in the market and not all of them are capable of pumping because of volatility that cause the vast majority to dump heavily on their investors. Establishing a firm related to crypto, it's doesn't mean you should be in a hurry other than settling down and taking decisions that would be promising. You're right, when it comes to projects, be discreet and know the right team to work with.

I think as far as first part of your question is considered  UK has never blocked reliable crypto projects and more importantly It has never taken BTc integration negatively. UK has played a crucial role in the development of its people living standards and it know that crypto is an important way to secure the future thats coming their way.

I'm eager for someone to send the link and we'll see the details. If it finds interesting then we can think of the investment.

Looking back at the historic events and news I don't find UK  stopping crypto or taking any opposed stands as long as it's a genuine project. All you need is a plan which should make this world a better place to live like utility based project and then you could reach out to angel investors and VC for funding then pre sale and seed funding. It shouldn't be just another token with similar projects which are available in the market.

But that's right, there is more in creating a token. So, even if it's okay to fail, it is still better to have a good preparation and think it a lot of times if you will enter this industry or not, so that we can minimize wasting time, money, and effort.

doesn't necessarily some merchant. the team could even be the merchant by creating their store and accept own token as it's like buying back.

convincing people that a token is worth buying is the hardest part of new projects even if it's listed on an exchange, but because the idea is not so new and nothing seems to be innovative in this, it's still crap. however its still up to the team, how they market the project.
