I get why privacy matters to you, but saying there's straight up no privacy on phones seems like an overstatement.  You've got fair worries about privacy and mobile access not mixing well, but I don't think its so cut and dry and  the way I see it, I can lock down my phone just as tight as my laptop since VPNs and Tor work fine on mobile.  And tons of folks mostly use the web on their phones nowadays.  Not offering mobile access could leave out a big chunk of potential users for your thing.

Address first the withdrawal issues by some members who have won already and from what I understand, no one can still withdraw their winnings from your casinos.

First off, let me start by saying that the design of your site is not good for mobile device - if left in the portrait mode one would not be able to use your site properly unless I tilt it to landscape - please do well to work on your designs.

On the other hand, be careful with notblox as he has made false allegations in the past. notblox made no deposits to Anonbet. Anonbet states in their ToS that withdrawals can take up to 24.hours. Anonbet may turn out to be a scam. We don't even know their location but let's be honest and fair to all.

Obviously not there are reputable people didn't get their withdrawal from this casino so I guess this is early warning sign that we could not trust this casino. I see user above claiming something that he get his withdrawal but he doesn't have any credibility so I guess his claims regarding on receiving his withdrawal is invalid.

Mobile users have the right to privacy too and I don't know why you consider mobile devices to be less private than PCs! I believe it depends more on the user itself.
Anyways, things are way better after switching the mobile to landscape mode but it's still a bit hard to click the spin button.

For members asking about withdrawals, according to the ToS withdrawals are being processed manually and may take up to 24 hours and you have to make a deposit first.

There are no free spins terms but there are general T&C terms that state:

Withdrawal requests will be manually approved and sent within 24 hours. You can request a withdrawal and check your withdrawals history/status under the Withdrawals section in your profile. At least one deposit is required in order to withdraw funds.

You can have as many as 3 pending withdrawal requests at a time. The minimum withdrawal amount is 0.00020000 BTC.

It's good to have reservations but receiving new projects like this one with aggressiveness doesn't seem to me to be acceptable. I think he rushed a bit too, after all, this is a new site and they seem to have an inexperienced team. This is certainly not an excuse, but we have seen many casinos make a similar mistake with no deposit bonuses... too many spammers, many of them win something and want to withdraw money, and when there are no ToS and clear rules chaos is inevitable. They will probably need some time to clear the air and do something about this mess.
