Democratize financial freedom? What exactly do you mean by that and how do you aim to achieve it. So many projects come up with 'fancy talk' like this, sometimes it does not even make sense to many of us and then they refuse to share further information because they think people would steal their idea Roll Eyes.

So if you are also worried about the same thing, then just give a little information about what you want to achieve and how you want to achieve it, without giving details that can be stolen.

Our project has been in existence for several years, we are looking for new blood to revitalize the activity.

Quote
Democratize financial freedom?
Our project aims to free itself from banking institutions as BTC thought in its early days. This is something we will not change our minds about and that we strongly believe.

We have several improvements and collaborations on the way. Any help will be welcome.
There is nothing secret. it is a community project.
It's all on our website and on our discord.

Thank you for the questions which will no doubt help other people to participate.

Oh, i didn't know about it, but i have just done a quick research and i can see that, your project is also a fork of Zero and ZeroCurrency.
Our project aims to free itself from banking institutions as BTC thought in its early days. This is something we will not change our minds about and that we strongly believe.
Thought? That is what BTC is, censorship resistant and free from any kind of control or central authority. I am sorry, but if anyone is looking for a currency that they can control by themselves, without the bank, government or centralized institution, then BTC is the only coin i can recommend.

It would be really difficult to find people that will work for you as a volunteer especially on the software developer side, that's going to need a lot of convincing on potential software developers if it doesn't involve any money, you're going to need a really strong vision for the project to get volunteers, software development is a difficult task especially if the plan is create something revolutionary like what you're trying to do so no payment and all vision kind of project is difficult for those software developers to get into, I hope that you find the right people though, it seems that you're sincere at the least in creating this project.

If you want custom blockchain work, it will cost at least five figures.  They are not going to work for potential profit since they are already employed with a salary and potential profit.

What % are you looking to take in this project?

I understand your reluctance and I suspected that I would have this type of question about salary. I start from the principle that all work deserves payment but given that our project is to free ourselves from the system, you will therefore understand that our desire is to be remunerated with our coin.

If we start from the fact that the developer works well, he is sure to have a good income because he will be able to exchange it at the price he wants.

In this condition, the developer must of course be sure of his skills.

You are not willing to say what you want to reward yourself with vs what the developer will get?   A developer will want a % of the total coin supply, since they are building it.    And since your project will not have income/value on day one, he/she will be working for free.   You are not buying your food and paying your rent with this project; you expect a very valuable developer to?

If you believe you can tell them what they are getting in private, and they may stick around, you are wrong.   Unless they know how much they are getting and the probability of success, they won't even contact you.

I think you didn't understand or read the initial post. The project has existed since 2019.
it is already working so the developer will not build the project but will help improve it.
As for the percentage of supply, I can't say because it's an unlimited supply and we haven't made any premine for everyone to start from the same level.

You could also offer a number of coins instead of a %.      Roll Eyes

Could it be you have no clue and want the developer to suggest terms?   Then continue ignoring everything I said, and hopefully you'll attract talented developers and not scammers.

Yes I am ready to give a large amount of $ZERC to the person who will work for us of course. This will be negotiations with the stakeholders.

But you can trace every move of the BTC holder with a little effort while with ZeroClassic's zk-SNARKS technology you can hide any transfer on the blockchain.
BTC uses a public ledger, but it is very easy to stay anonymous from 'ordinary' people without even using privacy solutions, yeah they can see your tx's on the blockchain, but they cannot link it to your real identity. Now if you are hiding from more powerful authorities that can get information from centralized services, you can use privacy solutions like mixers and CoinJoin and avoid centralized services.

I must admit that i don't know much about your project, but i am sure your coin currently has no value and little to nobody is using it for the purpose you say it was created. So maybe you should be humble enough not to compare your project with what BTC offers and wait until it becomes a success. Goodluck however.

In the first place, why did you not post this link on your first post to avoid confusion about the existence of your project? So people reading your post will have an idea about your platform. The 2018 thread about your project has more information than what you have provided here.
You should just take on where you left off.

I agree with you but in relation to the rules of the forum and that it is in some way an advertisement so I said to myself that here, it was more appropriate.

You did not get what I'm trying to point out. By putting the link, people will know that it's an old project and this is a continuation of an old project, so they will look at this link to see how your project evolved.

Your topic here is looking for volunteers, and your topic on the link below is the development of your project. However, I leave it up to you since this is just a recommendation, and this can help your visitors fully understand your project.
