Thank you so much for this, once in a while, we should have this kind of list for us to have the throwback and also to know our standing when it comes to storytelling as part of the experience we've had in the forum so far. This was how I knew that I did not have so much experience yet compared to some people who had spent longer years than me because, among the list of the longest Bitcoin Signature Campaigns that left the forum, I don't think I witnessed more than 5 of them.

Although I might have met them when I newly joined the forum, but I was still building my profile, so I couldn't have known them since I never paid attention to the service section of the forum at the time.

From what I could see with the active campaigns that are more than 100 weeks, they are all casino campaigns, which is more reason why users should respect casinos here, they've stayed during thin and thick times. This is unlike how some so-called reputable users made the whole episode look a while ago when they were intoxicated with m!xers opportunities and others.

I think it is getting even now when those who talked down on casinos and their campaigns are now campaigning for them. That's human beings for you, we can be very fake.

I looked at the list and see a typo with the FortuneJack campaign. I actually started with that campaign back in late 2014. From what I recall it might be the longest. I think it ran until 2021 and then a year later it restarted. I think that campaign is very close to a decade or so.

It was also the highest paying because in 2017 when Bitcoin was ripping into $20K, they still made payments in BTC. So you earned way more than $100 a week. Then later on they started to decrease the payouts but for many months, it was paying well above the $100 a week. I think some weeks were maybe $400-$500 or so. Back then Tether wasn't really popular or used with sig campaign.

Anyone here promote FJ back in 2017 should remember.

It is like a win-win situation for both the forum and the casino because it helps the forum active by incentivizing the quality posters and also they got their brand value established which will definitely bring more positive results in their business. And I am sure some of the campaigns closed not because of lack of business but because they had enough promotion and some ended because they couldn't cope with the competition among new casinos in recent days. It's good to know that I had been part of a few names in the list for long period and it's a privilege to be a part of their journey on bitcointalk.

That is the gist, and technically, we need each other to grow, but my main point is that the casinos and sportsbooks keep the cordiality better than any other sectors, which is commendable. Also, the traffic here is no joke and I believe the companies that value their marketing will always give this forum a try.

As for those campaigns that had left, I believe that it could be for three main reasons; First, it could be due to some financial constraints, second, it could be that their target plan on campaigning on the forum is reached, and third, it could be for their impatience at times.

Some companies need the best results immediately, but it is not automatic. Consistency is the key and I believe it is what the casinos that have been dealing with the forum for long are enjoying over time. It is not all the week they will have some kind of satisfaction, and in some weeks they will be satisfied with the results beyond their expectations. How would those who rushed out know that?

Marketing is the life of any online company whatever platform this is, some campaigns will give good results, and some will take some time but branding is a long-term campaign, and people should have a recall of the company and it can only happen as a result of a long term campaign, the evidence is the casinos that have reached a level of popularity in the industry as a result of a long term campaign.

One of the reasons why some casinos cannot keep up is the limitation of the budget and another reason is the result is not something that they expect.
But online casinos are a multi-billion industry and they need to keep the marketing rolling or they will lag in the competition and they will eventually fold up.

I wonder why this campaign that's being managed by @roycilik isn't included in the list.

I had a quick scan to the list. It seems the OP only have bitcoin paying campaigns in mind and all those I was able to notice were from the service board. But I think the bitcoin paying campaigns and altcoin paying campaign are not different in terms of giving the forum a platform to advertise a business. All should be treated equally.

Goof work OP.

Thanks for informing me about this signature campaign, because initially my main focus where on Bitcoin related campaigns, I never thought we had altcoin campaigns which lasted this long, and I'm happy you bringing this to my notice, as I will be updating the list in less than 24hrs from now. Thank you

Can you please add closing reason? like scam or non operational etc. It can help give insights about why they stopped Bitcointalk promotions either it was due to huge success or rug pull or other reasons.

A few of them were because the authority seized the business. Chipmixer and Sinbad are the examples. I can not remember any that have long lasting signature campaign ever thought to scam their clients or promoters. At some points most of these businesses thought it's time to give a break to bitcointalk because they were able to create enough memory that it is going to last as long as they are active in the industry. Good example is Best_Change.

Services that would run a campaign here for ~ 100 weeks or more are unlikely to rug pull their customers, except there is a dramatic turn of events. It may be good to add the reason why one service or the other closed, but sometimes it is hard to have that information, some services can just decide to end their promotion here, and probably only their campaign managers would know the reason.

The services that run into problems with regulators are likely to be non-operational anymore, because their website would be seized by the government, so that is like the end of them with that name.

That's a nice suggestion you just made my friend, but I think that will be a very big task because not all campaigns which ended were able to give an exact reason for it's closure, but however, let's not forget that there are 3 major reasons why campaign on this forum ends, which include either the casino was seized by the Government and stopped operation here, or either the campaign was stopped by Theymos for violating the forum rules or the campaign stopped it's adverts on the forum by itself, just like in the case of BestChange as it could be seen below.

Dear friends, hereby we are closing our signature campaign for the time being.

The campaign on Bitcointalk has been running for 226 consecutive weeks which is 4.5 years. We feel that it is now time for us to forward our marketing efforts to the new areas.

Can you please add closing reason? like scam or non operational etc. It can help give insights about why they stopped Bitcointalk promotions either it was due to huge success or rug pull or other reasons.
That's good additional info to add but unfortunately with all the long list of campaigns, not all signature campaign have explained their side why they stopped or ended their campaign. Even some have just stopped and walkaway, like some those mixers who were here before theymos had restricted them, many speculated what happened but its unclear.

It looks that I took part in at least few longest running campaigns. First in Yobit (I was young and stupid, now I wouldn't join them), then maybe from 3rd week until end in Playbetr campaign and now Betcoin.
I see you didn't wrote when Yobit campaign ended. It had to be somewhere in 2019, then I got last payment from them and moved to other campaign. I didn't stayed until very end because then they started to require to advertise shady things in signature. Soon after that they ended campaign, but it's difficult to find exact date when it happened.
P.S. Fix link of BK8 campaign in OP, now it doesnt works Wink.
