I don't know how effective this could be and how we may achieve it more easier, maximizing winning potential is not proven completely by hundred percent from the gambling strategy we use, and this also have no been proven as one of the ways a gamblers could get addicted because of gambling oftentimes, we have to explain more better between the lines their differences and what each stand to implicate on gamblers.

This could be effective if you remember & follow these rules daily! And I don't think it's something easy to do, and I guess to be able to follow it we would need to have a spreadsheet. I think that these rules are written for sports betting lovers, they can be applied to some other gambling games too, but not for all. If my game of choice is some slot and I have $50 I can't split that amount and play with $5-$10, it would be silly to do it. And definitely I can't do anything to maximize my winning potential except to turn on "x2 or more" chances for the bonus round, but that costs extra.
But you can do that in sports betting and poker... follow some sports more closely, read the news, and carefully choose games you plan to place a bet. Or in poker, you can watch tutorials, watch how other people play, and practice a lot.

It's never been easy and all of us or gamblers did really experience out such condition on which you would really be struggling specially if emotions are in control because if you do find yourself having that aims on making money with gambling then you would definitely likely having those kind of bad decisions and this is something that you should watch out.On the moment that you do deal up with gambling then expect loses would really be there on which it would be just that normal and this is something that needs for yourself to be aware
On what are the actions that would be needing to do or done.

Don't chase up on being a winner and also specially chasing up loses and this is why it would really be that important that you should really stick into your early plans and limits which you had set out earlier.
