Do you think that exposure to bitcoin at an young age is a good thing in general ? I feel it should be taught based on individual personality and not to very young guy. This is because all young guys might not be responsible enough to invest and track with patience at young age. However, those who have the required patience can make very high returns on their investment by investing at an young age. So, which side are you in this aspect ? Do you feel that all young guys should be informed and educated about bitcoin ? 

While i was growing up,there's this children helpline forum/organization whose motto is "Catch them young."First of all,I wouldn't introduce bitcoin to the kids as a currency,I'll introduce it as a form of financial practice or learning that'll improve and build thier knowledge about finances.

Majorly,schools don't teach us about money and finances,and if you rely on whatever schools has teaches you not to make mistakes,then you won't be successful.
Its more like the same learning process,teach them the basics while they're still small and encourage them to practices them as they grow older.Teach them the roadblocks that are associated with bitcoin such as savings,investing,real estates,debts,loans e.t.c Its just makes them prepared,organized and available.Financial freedom in this century is a necessity,so ensure to inculcate the right values that are important for building long lasting wealths.

You need to decide what you, OP, call a young age. As a parent, I will say that I would not burden children under the age of fourteen with knowledge about Bitcoin. However, even at an earlier age, I explain to them that money does not need to be spent swiftly once they receive it as "pocket money." There are many temptations to buy something, but not everything requires an urgent purchase. For teenage children, I would suggest slowly practicing learning about Bitcoin, its wallets, saving the seed phrase, and maybe some transactions committed within the family.

But until a young man can earn his own money, I don’t see the need to oblige him to invest at the expense of his parent’s money.

However, after some time (since this question had already been asked before), I changed my mind and decided that children do not need to be taught financial literacy. Some steps to become familiar with both fiat and crypto can be taken using gaming methods.

When I was young, my Dad did not let me to touch money too early. He bought things for me and nearly never give me money to buy stuffs by myself. He told me that it's hard to control what kid does with money. I think you have similar thinking like this, and I agree with my Dad too.

With the youth, they only need to focus on learning to gain knowledge and to join outdoors activities, etc. to learn and practice soft skills. Expose with money too early can direct them to uncontrollable ways.

They have a long life to learn, work and invest so we as parents, don't need to boost them into this headached journey too early.

When it comes to Bitcoin investment early time is the best because is not encouraging if someone has grown too old before he or she could start investing on Bitcoin when we no that to be profitable on Bitcoin, holding is very important so if perhaps the investor is someone who have gotten to 60 years plus on there age holding for long term may not actually be his investment pattern unless his intentions is to invest for the future of his children or grandchildren, so that's why when we talk about exposure of Bitcoin on the young age or the old age we should always consider this factors, so for me in as much as most young people may not actually be too discipline on there Bitcoin investment doesn't mean that is not a good time for them to be exposed into Bitcoin.

So actually the truth is that as long as the person has an interest to venture into Bitcoin investment age shouldn't be a determining factor, though I no your angle of direction because you feel that the young ones could be very aggressive in terms of there investment or possibly looking for an easy way of making money were as putting there investment into risk, however one thing you must know is that not all the young ones can be that aggressive on there investment and I think is actually based on the individual because there are so many young people that are doing very well on there Bitcoin investment, so actually being exposed to Bitcoin during the young age is the best time.

First of all I think you missed something when you only considered young guys as if it is only the guys that should invest in Bitcoin.
Bitcoin investment is for every body who is willing and able to invest in it, the investment is a personal thing and it takes a person with personal determination and interest to invest otherwise I don't think it's necessary to force it on anyone be it male or female.

Personally, if all the guys around me are interested in learning more about Bitcoin, I will gladly educate them but even when they understand what the investment is all about, I will allow them to decide if they want to invest or not, do not force anyone to invest in Bitcoin when they are not physically, financially and mentally ready to invest other wise you will be seen as a bad person who made them to waste money into something they know nothing about.

Seeking for knowledge at young age is better in all aspect so that they can understand the basic aspect of everything before old age; and fresh brain is good and always accumulate more than a used brain that is choked up with unnecessary things.

When you learn about Bitcoin early, you will get to understand the basics and the technical aspect of Bitcoin, you will know what exactly Bitcoin is all about.

At young age, if you invest in Bitcoin, you will automatically hold for long period of time which means you will have the advantage of gaining much profit in the investment because you when you are young, you don’t have responsibilities than when you are getting old.

Kiddings aside, I think exposing children in the concept of money and economy first and foremost is a good step towards teaching your kids on how crypto works, they have to know why cryptocurrencies work first, or how important and valuable earning one is, and they won't be able to do this without learning how economy works in the first place. They need to learn a couple things about economy and money, how it's made (created not manufactured), how to make more of it, how to make your money work for you, among other things.

When they're able to learn all about these shit, you can segue into teaching them about crypto, how it's mined, created, how to trade, and then divert into bitcoin and why it's the first and best (arguably) crypto on the market right now, and of course don't end the lesson without giving them a few bitcoins at the end. Start them young per se.

Too young child?
Maybe the limits on the child still don't understand anything, but when the child grows older and understands how to distinguish anything,
I will start introducing the child to Bitcoin and crypto.

In general, it is not a negative thing, it is just an introduction and not for making investments.
Tell them what the bitcoin logo is and how they call it so that the kids will remember that they were taught about bitcoin.

Unlike teaching adults, the methods for teaching children will certainly be different.
This is not a heavy lesson that will force them to think, they just simply know where the Bitcoin logo is and how to pronounce it and what color it is etc.

 I don't even agree with a minor who still doesn't understand investing, being given initial investment capital.
It's still not time and when they deserve it they will accept it, there is a process to go through.

Today's generation of young people are also smarter, and they already know what they are going to do.
Cryptocurrency, especially bitcoin, is a digital currency that is quite popular among teenagers,

There is a saying that says "Catch them Young" It is very important to note that young ones are fast and quick to learn ,aside from learning, introducing them to investment that leads to everlasting cash like bitcoin to secure their future financially is very important, in therefore introducing the young ones to Bitcoin is very necessary, making them not to be financially dependent on their parents or Care giver. It also keeps them busy always not involving in crimes and criminal attitudes, makes them useful and responsible to themselves and the society at large,gives them a better opportunity in life, the age to be taught should not  be that too young from 18years is good, because at this age you can be able to make bank transactions better and also understand properly what is Bitcoin and how it works including the investment aspect

In some local sources I've read, young age is between 18-27 years old. I think this is a pretty capable age to know Bitcoin. This age condition is ideal for starting to learn about Bitcoin and even starting to carry out investment activities. Because in this condition they have entered a condition capable of thinking better.

Young people tend to have stronger, healthier bodies, rarely get diseases. So this opportunity is good enough to work in investment to meet the needs of yourself and your family. Those who are directed in the correct bitcoin exposure then I am sure they have an advantage in understanding Bitcoin.

Youth can be of very different age groups, and individual children can also be different in terms of their curiosity, knowledge, and level of understanding. I think children should be taught about money, and Bitcoin can be a part of that basic knowledge about money (so, Bitcoin can be taught but not as an investment). As for investments, they should be taught to young adults or perhaps high school students, but taught in general, accounting for risks and just explaining the mechanics of it, so to speak, without encouraging to invest.

Try exposing the kid to altcoins first if you don't like him expose him to BTC yet. The kid will learn more about how blockchain works just as how BTC works. He will still learn about BTC even when he isn't holding Bitcoin.

A kid having a piece of knowledge about Bitcoin and blockchain will be more knowledgeable when it comes to discussion with his friends. This will make him impressive in school as well.

No need to expose the kid/teen to altcoin first, the teen need understand about Blockchain and Bitcoin in particular.
Teach them while they are still young, no need to hide the information from, the subject Bitcoin isn't a new concept again even the younger generation now do transactions with it and have more exposure than some of us. Financial Knowledge is very important and the best means is incorporating the idea into our children at early age, no need to talk about patience and the likes OP, those are secondary with your guidance and primary information they will stick to it. The attributes you mentioned, some investors don't have, overtime all will fall in place.

The last thing I will do when I have kids is to shade them away from Financial and Relationship Informations.

I won't deny that they should be taught about Bitcoin from their school itself but teaching about blockchain technology or how Bitcoin work will not really bring any difference in the main scale, first we need to start with the curriculum of How money works?, which is what apparently hidden from people to know even if they excel in academic which is either made purposely by the government for people to not understand this so they can keep printing money or the academic system didn't evolve at all.

This is the same teaching our kids how to deposit money in the bank or save it on their own at a very young age. This very practice is going to teach them how to be savvy with their money that they have. In the long run, this is going to give them the disicipline on how they're going to keep their money.

Don't think of the returns yet, start with the discipline that it should be on their thoughts that investing is an essential thing to do. And regardless of age, you can be an investor. It's probably just a bonus that you'll tell them to invest in BTC and get to know it while they are at a young age because not every kid has this kind of opportunity to know about it at their age.

You are talking about two different things, one thing is to let a young person to know more about bitcoin and how it works, and it is a completely different thing to allow a minor to invest in it, the former is fine as long as it is part of an overall strategy to teach them more about how the economy works, while the latter is a big mistake as such a young person should not be investing to begin with, since it is unlikely they are even investing money they earned by themselves.
