I'll also recommend having a more attractive ANN which highlights the key features of the exchange, with some infographics to catch the audience.

I do not know what really that caused it but I noticed it is not having the SSL certificate which maybe could be the reason. If you click on the OP user name and copy the text, it is working.

I mean this link is working: http://rebex.io/en.

Not that I am encouraging anyone to use the exchange. I do not know how truly legit in is. Its rating on Trustpilot is 100% which seem fake to me.

I also had a problem. I could not access the website by clicking on the URL you added to the Original Post. But as Charles-Tim posted, I can access http://rebex.io/en. So, I would like to suggest you edit the original post and replace your URL with this one instead of adding it with www. You guys seem to support a lot of currencies already, which is good. But I do not see any information about your reserves.

Most importantly, you guys claim to be a partner of Bestchange, which is good. But I cannot verify your claims, and as far as I can see, you guys are not on their list https://www.bestchange.com/list.html which is a red flag if you ask. Could you please provide more details about it?

Where I started to doubted is the Trustpilot rating. 12 people rated it and all of them gave it 5 stars which means 100% satisfaction in the service of the exchange. Even the best of a service to many people can not be given 5 starts. I think the rating were bought.  Even if there is any changes as from now on, I can not believe in the site. Also the site is not having the SSL certificate. Someone that mean business will not use the SSL certificate of his site to joke. Yet not what that is costly to get.

In fact, there is nothing wrong with their SSL certificate. The problem is, most likely, with their DNS setting.
Just type the domain name without the www and it will work fine:
https://rebex.io/
I hope this is just a typo, because an exchange owner who doesn't know how to properly configure his website's dns settings doesn't look good!

When it comes to reviews and feedbacks on trustpilot (or any other review website) I prioritize the negative ones and completely ignore the ones giving a 5 stars rating.

I also believe a platform cannot satisfy all its customers no matter how good its services are. Bestchange has been operating for a long time (even though it is not an exchange), yet it has some negative feedback as well—not only outside this forum but also on the forum. So, having 100% positive feedback is something extraordinary, and I want to believe those were bought or it's their team members.

As you can see, I left them neutral feedback saying they claim to be a partner of Bestchange.com, which is not true; they did not provide any information about it. If they do not provide evidence that they are working with Bestchange, I may revise my feedback to be negative.

Thank you for the update.
But as you can see already, they claim to be a Bestchange partner from the beginning, even though you guys listed them today. It was a red flag for a platform to partner with a reputed website when they are not in reality. So, I believe this is misleading, and I left them neutral feedback and asked them to prove the partnership. Unfortunately, they never came back here to let us know that they are working on collaborating with BestChange. So, I am going to rewrite my neutral feedback.

The minimum amounts to make an exchange are way too big. As a brand-new service, I wouldn't trust the platform with thousands of dollars just to test it out, but that's exactly what they expect.

Take a look at the numbers:
- Minimum BTC swap is 0.05 BTC
- Minimum ETH swap is 0.9 ETH
- Minimum USDT swap is 3183 USDT
