Hello community, i'm having hard times sick at home needing something constructive to do and what is more constructive than learning? Through this forum i found few days ago a project that i liked and started mining it. Mining in this project is not the common pool, stratum etc it needs to be activated with cmd commands and after 1 whole day researching, watching videos tutorials and some help of discord friends, voila! i'm mining now. So I have decided to create a coin from scratch. That will be CubeWaldo coin. The ultimate target is to have fun learning how to do it and a deep satisfaction once is done. There won't be never ever a release of this coin. Just fun [Well i've promised my kids to give them some to play]
I've found a quite nice tutorial in youtube to fork LTC and i'm going ahead with it, desktop environment is already created, virtual box, ubuntu 18 LTS and i will get started today. Reason for this topic: I have some good linux skills but i might need help. I'm not sure that this the correct section in this forum for this topic if no please let me know. Thank you!
