Is there any web wallet for Doge ?

You get merit points when someone likes your post enough to give you some. And for every 2 merit points you receive, you can send 1 merit point to someone else!

I do not think so. (Edited: as I know now there are some Tongue)

Even if there is better use android wallet or Dogecoin-qt Smiley

If you just want to avoid having to download the massive blockchain you could use multidoge.

http://multidoge.org/

It is like the bitcoin multibit wallet and only downloads a few MB of data, which is much better than 2GB+ for the doge blockchain. It's not quite as secure as the Qt wallet but it's still pretty secure. There was a doge reddit competition to design a light weight wallet and this was one of the winners.
