Mistakes are only good when it's being committed by other people and we are using those of their mistakes to learn/remold ourselves into making sure we never commit that same mistake as they other person did.

Literally, 95% of gamblers get to learn about so many ill fortune on their own..  I.e, after falling for it - sometimes, that could be something he's read about already, but falls for it still.

this is why we must strive to learn not to make mistakes ourselves, and when we must, let it be a mild mistake that doesn't have too much negative impact in our life, family and finance.

The sad reality is that we all stand atleast one chance to fall for simple mistakes that'd certainly cause a big regret as long as we gamble. It's in the midterm, that we, clutching onto headrest and regretting deeply , would have to make a decision of whether to quit or try harder.

An excellent way to do things right is that, always have something to do, sports activities, activities that make a person not focus only on gambling, for me that is essential, because a person who does nothing, neither sports nor entertains himself , even if it is going out to a Shopping center to "suck glass" <that is what they say here when you go out to a shopping Center just to see Because there is not much money to buy> even if it is for that, the fact of going out and distracting yourself, seeing people, seeing other activities, possibly seeing businesses or things that can be beneficial, that is necessary to avoid falling into the anxiety that the casino can sometimes produce in some people.

Having that will allow you to maintain the balance not to commit that much into gambling, it's a better way to keep your mind busy, unlike with those addicted gamblers they all occupied by that mindset just to keep playing most of the time tey don't have any goals all they want is to please that addiction inside them,.

It is a must to have other things in life and not to just spend all your time into gambling, just like you said, there are many things that you pick to lessen your time and to prevent getting too much engage to gambling.

If we only think about gambling, of course we will be lazy in doing anything because we hope to win a big bet, of course we will be able to have fun with the winnings we get, but it is very unlikely that we can win the bet we are playing, and if only they had other activities that they can do, of course this will reduce the gambling activities they do, of course this will make their lives better than before and if they don't want to do this, of course they will continue to make the same mistakes. this will have a bad impact on themselves.

Indeed, if they will keep focusing into gambling alone sooner or later they will find themselves getting addicted and that's the reality, better to have a balance treatment with both your gambling and your other things in life, finding alternative and assessment if what possible adjustment that you need in order avoid making same mistake each time you play or each time you place a bet.

Gambling addiction though is far different as many people who got engage unable to balance both time and finances as they continue to go deeper instead of realizing mistakes that they commit and quit away from gambling.
