No, it just means that there is no premine and that the blockchain will be accessible to everyone at the same time. You can compile a Windows version of the CLI wallet. |

Just to be clear Xelis had no premine, everyone where able to mine the launch was public, and the team gave all the tool needed even précompiled binaries for all systems (yeah even Windows) and a sick desktop wallet for users that can't handle cli wallet...

No, we don't have the same definition! For us, Fair Launch = No premine and blockchain accessible to everyone at the same time |

Yeah i was at the launch of Xelis, no premined coins, everyone knew the date weeks before the launch, and most important things the dev team gave all the tools to start mining even for the average Joe, wich obviously it's not the case in your fork...No precompiled binaries for windows, No Desktop wallet like the nice Genesix, and a launch with a empty server...Apparently your definition is quite questionnable i call it a lie and a pure money grab...

Just because Xelis did it that way doesn't mean we all have to do the same. As I've already told you, I think our definition of a fair launch is acceptable. No premine and blockchain accessible to everyone at the same time |

To helps the development, the success and provide a better support of ZYTEX, we set a dev fee percentage starting at 15% on block reward.
Current dev fee curve is as following:
15% from block 0 to 1 250 000 (expected time is ~6 months with side blocks from blockDAG)
10% from block 1 250 001 to 3 000 000 (expected time is another ~6 months with side blocks from blockDAG and network growing)
5% from 3 000 001 until the project being developed and stable enough to reduce it. |
