I will still rate them equal in this match regardless of the disadvantages that each team has. They look to be in the same state to me, in terms of quality and dominance in the champions league this season. PSG dominance in the Ligue 1 is not satisfactory to call them been better than Manchester City, even if Manchester City is poor in their domestic league. Truly I can bet on Manchester City to win PSG. Watching several matches of PSG I am not satisfied with the way they are playing. I agree with you. The first one of course in the PSG vs Man City match will be a match that is a shame to miss.
