From their performance when it comes to UCL, I think PSG has gone far more than Arsenal. It is juat that PSG hasn't been able to win UCL. Arsenal performance is not too good when it comes to UCL and that was why they were unable to win their last match but PSG struggled till the end and finally got a dying minute goal.

Back to domestic leagues, PSG is doing better than Arsenal in their different leagues and PSG remains the number one, though, they have no rival. Arsenal doesn't have that zeal and passion to stay focus and achieve their goal at the end of thw season which has being a big problem to them. PSG might win the match based on my own analysis.
