I gamble majorly with my mobile phone but do my analysis with my laptop. I do not receive these notifications. The only time I see some adds is when I use my facebook account, they will begin to drop adds relating to my browser history to my facebook wall. I don't know if this is what you are referring to as notification because I don't really know how they will send you notification for a product you have not subscribed to or browsed their platform. It could also be that you might have visited some websites and put in your information for access to gambling information. This way, they might be sending you those notification so that when you signup in any of the platforms, they will get their commission.

This really happened most times that you register on a site where frequently visiting so many sites that looks like the same all does the same thing will always appear on your phone Sometimes the search Engine you put in always appears as the same way other sites that you didn’t register to have they send you messages and sometimes they send you the offer and notification and benefits. You have to turn them off on your app/browser settings and specific on notifications, or go through with each of those apps that are annoyingly goes through your notifs.

That is why I don't really allow and disables them because if you don't, you share a cookie with them every time you visit them and they'll send you bunch of these annoying notifications.

And as for google, they play a big role in here. They save our activities through their browser if you use chrome and IIRC, there's a way through its settings to disable any kind of notification.

I don’t know if a push notification but I do know that, there are still possibilities that your email could have been synchronized with your laptop or any of your devices which might trigger ads from similar platforms rendering same or similar services and I think these type of ads can be turned off(can’t remember).
I don’t think, that just by registering a particular email, a casino would have access to the details of the gambler except in cases where access is been demanded and you accept access to the details, only will it be possible by then.

I think these suggestion is directly for devices and yes I agree with you that, these kind of notifications can trigger addiction as there are always temptations of wanting to try something new especially for gamblers who love bonus hunting, as the bonuses for a casino first timers are always very tempting and most likely for a gambler to fall for them. The first thing, and I think it's the most important:
Have an email account exclusively for cryptocurrencies. If you use Gmail, for example, you can create address variations on the same account.
For example:
- Your email is: gambling@gmail.com
- On the Duelbits website you use: gambling+duelbits@gmail.com
- On another website you use: gambling+abcdefg@gmail.com

All emails will always be directed to gambling@gmail.com, and with this you can create filters and even find out which website "leaked" your email to other services.

Or, if you don't want to create another email account, you can use something more automated using your main email. For this you can use some redirectors like Firefox Relay to protect your identity.

Second: Use a different browser just for gambling, or create a new Google Chrome "profile", for example, just for that. Because we can accidentally accept browser notifications without necessarily providing an email address.

Of course, I don't see what the OP's problem is. I have them all turned off, and if I forget a new one, for example, because I have installed a new app, I remove it as soon as the first notification is sent.

The notification that came into your email is just announcement or information from the online casino. That doesn't mean Google linked to your devices and will check or identify the email. You are responsible with your email account and not Google.

It is no problem if you used email from Google to register on many online casino. But in this matters, I suggest you use secondary email that only use for register on online casino. That is for prevention from something that we don't wants.

You can follows some member suggestion to disable the notification so you will not receive any notification even from other emails that  is not related with gambling. That is why I also suggest to use secondary email that you will use for registering an account in online casino. That will helps you from the notification that will comes to you.

I also experienced this, after I visited a gambling site, the notifications kept appearing on my laptop, what worries me is that the laptop I used was the company issued device instead of my personal laptop, How will the push notif disappear?
Same as your experience, the site I registered is also connected to gmail, so there are a lot of ads and notifs that appear, I tried to unlink my email account but I still receive spam notifs which I found disturbing, it fills up the storage, hassle to delete of files every single time, so it would be better if receiving notifications will forced stop.

You may not be using your mobile phone for gambling but I believe in each smartphone, there is always Gmail installed. So whatever emails you received in your laptop, you will also get it in your mobile phone as long as you didn't turned off the sync function in the account settings, inside the settings of your mobile phone. This is how Google makes billions everyday even though they offer their services for free.

Google knows that you registered to online casino via gmail while receiving email from the registered website that will be sent to Google database and they will sell these info to ad promoters then they send you related ads from the details they bought from Google and this is how the business model of Gmail, Facebook and every tech company works.

You can't run away from this completely but you can restrict from most of these by opting our gmail as the first step, use other email services like proton.

Even if you are not using Gmail still you need Gmail if you're using Android and by that, they track almost everything from your locations, app login and etc.

Yeah right, I think the connection that you can attach this topic to gambling is the info that casino typically share their userbase to other casino especially their partner.

I doubt that the email provider will leak the info since it’s suspicious that the spam email is from casino. I experienced this shit when I register to local online casino, I never though that they will share my phone number to other scammy casino since they are trusted brand in the PH while I use the phone number on this specific casino alone.

Probably you've registered your mobile number to a gambling site which is tied with other platforms and  that's something no longer surprising. Most of the gambling providers are not only having a single gambling site and that is to attract more players. As far as I know you can turn it off with the gambling sites or simply block every notification that bothers you. Another option is to avoid using personal email on gambling sites to also protect your informations against phising and malwares. It is basically a common knowledge that we should all be practicing not only in this instance.

Like other posters above said, the email that you used to register your gambling account is active on your mobile and that is why you are receiving those notifications. You should log out the email from your device, and if you are using the gambling site app, go to your phones setting and look for notifications, look for the app and turn off notifications. If all that is done, you will not be disturbed by notification push.

If you're using google search engine to search the site, logged in to your google account, then enter the casino, probably they tracked you down already, unless you are logged out, and using adblocker. Regarding push notifications, it's something you accepted as it's a permission that was asked if you want to receive push notifications from the specific site.

You can just disable notifications from where that gambling ads came from. But with regards to the ads I think the algorithm has detected that traffic from your devices are mostly from gambling that is why you receive gambling related ads more often. It is like how social media works like Youtube, Facebook and any other that is when you are browsing specific niches the system will automatically detect what interest you are into and they are showing you the related ads and contents that suits your taste. It doesn't really need to be binded but I think it's the algorithm and stuff that did it.

You should disable push notifications for the browser on your mobile phone and you won't receive any notifications at all. This is the quickest and the easiest solution to get rid of those unnecessary notifications that you are getting. As said by others, you are probably using the same Gmail in both devices which is the reason why this is happening because your data and everything is synced in your Gmail and it is available across all devices having access to that Gmail.

I would also suggest that you don't use the same Gmail address for every platform you register on, whether it's a gambling platform or anything, you should always create a new gmail when you are signing up on a new platform and save its credentials somewhere so that you don't lose access to it.

Weird question. I noticed this a long time ago that all requests from my laptop or other device combined with one Email are then displayed on my phone. Yes, it's all connected. I think this is obvious. By the way, you can look at it from the other side. This may be for your convenience. That is, if you are interested in something and you made a request for it, then over time they may recommend you something that will really help you.
I think that no one needs you and your confidential data specifically. I think that people are just trying to make money from you by analyzing your queries on the Internet. If your phone and laptop are connected by one account, then it is identified as one profile.
