It will be difficult for bitcoin to reduce crime because, as I understand it, people who engage in crime are looking for money, which is why they do such things, and Bitcoin requires money to invest before you can begin making money. That is why they suggested that before starting an online business or investing, you need have a source of income. People who do crimes do so to make money, and I doubt they can be patient enough to invest in bitcoin for a long time. I don't think even bitcoin will enter to their head, and such people require daily money, so in my opinion, only government entities can end crime in a county not bitcoin.

I think you are not understanding OP question,  OP is trying to know  the contribution of bitcoin in crime reduction,  if Bitcoin has the capability to reduce crime among the youths.

To me, the question is difficult to answer,  because it's a debatable question, to some people they will say bitcoin has Been able to reduce crime in their neighbourhood, because most guys won't be stealing goods or breaking into their houses are a result of their involvement in bitcoin.  That's to the layman understanding.

You are right to an extent but I don't understand what you mean by government making wallet address transparent however, even if they make it transparent it won't prevent hackers or scammers from doing what they are suppose to do or what they want to do, remember the more people increase their knowledge in order not to get scammed, so are scammers and hackers also improving in their techs and skills. so I don't think making it transparent is the remedy to anything, I don't know why the government have refused to look on how to solve economical problems etc and be fighting something that has been in existence for years.

Yeah of course if we traced deep down the reason why the rate of crime in the country has increased drastically on a daily basis could actually be as a result of poverty and employment in the country because how can a person graduated from school after spending numerous of years in the school and come back home without government providing a job, though we no that sometimes after graduation people are supposed to use their knowledge of what they have learned to balance their life but however it was supposed to be the duty of the government to empower the youth if they are not privileged financially because so many persons has an idea of so many kind of business or agriculture they wish to venture into but capital is their problem, so perhaps if somebody like has stayed for number of years without anything to show for, what would you think will come to his mind?
