I think the official and unofficial rules are more or less made out of common sense. Plagiarism, for example, is unacceptable everywhere. We're taught about giving credit to the rightful owner since we're little kids. Spamming is also something we know from common sense to be unreasonable. The same is true with threatening somebody or cursing others. These are all unacceptable even outside this forum.

Even opening an off-topic discussion in a section dedicated to Bitcoin is a matter of common sense, or giving merit to your alternate account, or cheating, or getting a non-collateral loan from another user, or posting dirty links. These are all matters of common sense. So, if you'll just use common sense you're good here.

In fact, everything you mentioned is currently still being done by new members and even those who have been on the forum for a long time. it's not that they don't have common sense. those who violate it may think it is normal and they can do it. or they really don't know because they didn't read it all. With that I believe you will find a lot of things here more easy and interesting. You should know by now that bitcoin requires dedication, patience, hard work, research and many more, so this forum here is of no difference. To archive success here you need to be dedicated to this forum, show members in this forum that you have a skill you can share. You also need to make research about a lot things about cryptocurrency so at least when other members in the forum are discussing about certain thread you can also chip in. As for the success that the OP is interested in, I assume that the question has to do with the possibility of making money through signature/bounty campaigns - and if that's the only issue, then the OP has a long way to go. The forum is primarily a place for discussion and learning, everyone who thinks differently will have a very difficult path to "success".

I would call it success if someone can at least become a moderator, but it's almost impossible nowadays since the administrator can do what he want. Even user with highest reporter doesn't necessary make you become a moderator.

I started reading the thread and asked the same questions. Everyone defines success in different terms. There is no script to be successful, but the way we see those people, who consider themselves successful, will be a good example. During my „youth“, he-he, I saw more independent beginners. They did not ask for a list of which they should follow on the forum, but read a lot and asked smarter questions. But what the OP wrote already suggests that he is not trying to look through and take similar information into account.
Can anyone make a Prediction for this Newcomer?

It seems like that, not something else. Because I saw the sentence he followed some Airdrops, and my view was like you topic creator succeeded in getting money. But it's a little unclear, because success is very broad and has a different definition for everyone. If he is successful just want to know, then if he already know, maybe he is successful. Perhaps the topic writer should clearly write what he wants to achieve.

But if this is a matter of money, then when he can make money from here maybe it is called success. But he must understand that there is a long process to go through. In fact, many people give up, and not much progress. For new users, I think trying to be useful to the forum will he make better. You mean success to improve quality post or to understand the rules and regulations that governed the forum? Well, if you mean what you said, you can achieve success to understand all the discussions section to know where to post to display quality post and where not to post.

I will advise you to try and locate your local board op, because they know how to use their local language to teach their users in the local board to improve in the forum, I believe you will improve easily to achieve your success.

Don't be tired of studying anything that related to BTC and crypto, and it will make people in the forum to begin to see you like someone that know BTC and crypto in the forum.

Firstly I will say welcome to the form. You made the right decision to joining this forum, and I am please to have you in our midst. Well on the issue you have just raised, it's a good thing that your friend who has been a member of this forum for a long time now, and he's the one who introduced you to this forum, it's best you seek his council when it comes to everything you need to know about this forum.You  know how the both of you communicate in a language the two of you understands the most. You can just ask him to tell you everything you need to know about the forum he introduced you to, probably when you are chatting with him online. He actually mean well for you, so he shouldn't have any difficult in explaining how the forum works. Of what use will it be if I introduced someone to a new environment without telling him or her the do's and don't of the environment. Just be genuine to yourself and always take time to learn new information about bitcoin everyday. I believe in the long run you will be as highly knowledgeable as the heros and legends here. Don't pressure yourself on attaining success, it will eventually come in the right time when the forum itself sees how determined and dedicated you are to be a part of the forum and be productive.

However, since you came to this forum recently and the fact that you have been hearing about the crypto currency for the past 4 years, I don’t think learning in this space will be a challenge for you. So just know that you are here to learn and not earn. Even if you earn, don’t focus on that. Now learn and relearn them. You earn as of posting.

Now you will learn it as time goes on. You want to face much challenge about that. And what some newbies lack is where they will quote and talk about something different. Success doesn't usually happen by surprise without having someone getting prepared or working towards it for a long time. What you need to do in order to achieve success here is as result of watching over the method of of other users post foe bitcointalk.org because for you to achieve success you most have pay attention to the forum for period of three weeks or one month so that you will be able to differentiate a quality post and a garbage post, sometimes what makes us not make a quality post is as result of understanding the protocols of the forum, secondly you have to read properly before you respond to ant thread and also make a research before posting,some persons during posting they don't use a review button to cross there work before posting, so this are one of the things you have know and observe before posting.

Despite the forum being the biggest Bitcoin Community or family rather like you stated, I believe everyone have their motive to joining the forum and once that motive is achieved without getting banned or temporarily banned from the forum them I think such person could say they've been successful here.

 For instance if my aim of joining the forum is to use it as a medium to advertise my business or gain more knowledge concerning it then I follow the forum instructions and avoid things that would kick me out then I've achieved success here, so the most important thing to do first and foremost is to follow the forum rules and regulations.

Success in learning will eventually happen if you have the consistency and courage to learn, but if it means success on achieving profits and making an income with the help of the forum, that will only happen if you are already capable to make it happen. You need to grow your rank first as well as your level of understanding in the forum, otherwise it won’t be easy for you participating in signature campaigns or going on trading or investing if you don’t have sufficient knowledge and skills developed throughout your stay here.

Being a moderator on a forum is a big responsibility, and it just seems that if there was such an opportunity, everyone would agree.
But alas, not all.

To be certain, you can only be successful if you are doing the right thing in the forum, whether whatever success you are referring here to, as long as you don’t break the rules and you do your stuffs here with the best of your ability, then it’s certain that you will be successful in the long run. But for now, don’t be too obsessed on that success, just do your reading most often so you will know how to make it work here and reach the position of those legendary members.
