I don't think that's what OP mean, that what BJF referred on their reply was a different case with what he's talking about. He's simply saying that he's yet to get an email from BJF, which he probably is yet to receive as their representative is still conducting a thorough investigation to be sure they're get into the bottom of the case.

I personally think that emailing them right now is a bit unnecessary, perhaps give them two or three days, give them time to sort into the case and see if they reach OP within that timeframe.
