I’ve learnt a few simple things really. Treat others with respect & how you would like to be treated. Work hard to provide for your family, be a good Father, husband, son, brother etc. I was brought up well by my parents & taught manners, I do the same with my sons. It doesn’t cost anything to be a good person.
