I hope that the magnificent Painting category will return to the competition in the future.

Which is Why I'm contemplating if Pastels fall under the Drawing Category or Painting. Tho I've seen a Winner emerge formally under the Drawing Category Who used Pastels Colours. But, I wish to clarify for the next contest so I know if I'm allowed to Use it as a Hand-drawn entry? In order for My entry not to be misconstrued for a Painting rather than Drawing.
