I make use of telegram every day, that is, let me say that I am very much active on telegram, far much more than I am active on this forum, and I've learnt alot there as well..
I have had my account limited on several occasions, far much in numbers than I can count, and what I did tell you about that is that, if you don't want to be reported, don't share links in groups without authorization, don't send unsolicited PMs to strangers, people you don't have their number on your phone contant.
And lastly, but the most important one is to get yourself a telegram premium, telegram premium is very cheap, as with about $11, you can get up to three months premium service, having a telegram premium simply means that when ever another user reports you, they can't outrightly limit your account, they will have to first of all look at your case specifically, and chances of getting limited through that process is very low.

But then on the other hand, when it comes to the issue of trust, I did say that you are absolutely right, trust no one telegram, there are a lot of scammers, impersonators impersonating different people around the world through telegram - this is just one of the downsides.

Yea, that's right. When I started using Telegram, there were just some comments I would make in some groups, and before I knew it, I had been permanently restricted from sending messages to friends or to a group, which is very bad. It happened to me more than three times, and sometimes the account will just be permanently deleted. Sometimes happened recently to my telegram account. I saw a scammer online, so I decided to follow him up so that I could reveal his plot, but at some points, it seems he was aware that I was not his bait, so he stopped responding. Not just more than 1 hour after he stopped responding, my account was logged out. I tried to gain back access but was told I had been blocked. So bad. It seems the idiot reported my account multiple times with his crew. There was this time in 2022 that I wanted to buy a gadget on Telegram from a stranger. After price negotiations, I paid, waiting for him to send my stuff, but the next day I checked, our chat was wiped, and I couldn't even get his account again because such a username didn't exist again. So bad. 

Just saying all that for people to be careful with what they are doing out there, trusting those dudes.

This is something op should have explained, but he didn't mention any thing like this because, they have no good intentions at all, they just gonna take your money and block you, that's all.

And to further talk about how telegram works in terms of banning/deleting user accounts, telegram doesn't just ban and delete a user account upon the report of another user, your account can only be banned/deleted forever if you are caught trying to scam/hack telegram itself, or any of its official channels.
What telegram commonly does to your account upon another user reporting your account is restrict your account for some time, how long the restriction will last depends on how many reports they received concerning your account.

After posting this topic, we realized that vast majority of bitcointalk bettors are not exactly our target group, considering that 99% of them are bettors at a "low-level", with small stakes, and most of them have never even heard of betting agents. It has happened to me during my primary stage on the forum I never had much experience to follow up with the activities here and I felt everyone is so genuine that I can trust that much, after all discussion I noticed that all our discussion were deleted and username was changed even when I tried searching for him with the previous username i can't find him neither did I know him.
