I searched the forums but didn't find the answer for me. I have a VISA debit card and also a Paypal account connected to it. How can I get my money to my card as at btc-e for example the minimum withdraw for Paypal is 500 bucks. Any help would be very nice.

Have a nice day, Zunex

btc-e has a new "withdraw to credit card balance", but it doesn't work with cards issued by every possible bank.
I'm 99.8% certain I read that btc-e to Paypal issued debit cards will not work.*

*EDIT: I misread your post + Paypal cards are Mastercard.

https://btc-e.com/news/201
On some cards withdrawal is not possible, this is due to the restrictions polices of some banks. For example: you cannot withdraw money through our exchange on the cards issued by PayPal. Some credit cards that does not allow to have a positive balance cannot be funded.
If payout to your card is not possible, then we will immediately notify you and refund the money back to your account.
^^^
Try it and if it doesn't work "then they will immediately notify you and refund the money back to your account."

Thanks for your reply. There is a minimum withdrawal of 800 dollar. I want to withdraw around 150 dollar each month. Any solution?

Thanks, Zunex

It may not be a problem with your bank account but with the VISA card.

There are 3 big Visa types:
~ Visa Classic (or International)
~ Visa Europe (or VPAY)
~ Visa Electron

If you hold a Visa Europe or Electron, the transaction will likely not work.
VPAY and Electron have a different verification process for transactions who is not very "compatible"... well that's why they are cheaper, probably a business thing.
