It’s saddening that the whole system is designed to always magnify the wrongs of these people and downplay their good, firstly Christians are human with flesh and blood and all imperfection that comes with being an ordinary human, they try to emulate their model Jesus but they aren’t Jesus they just strive each day to be like him people should stop generalizing the mistakes of a single Christian to the whole religion.

American law is designed to take care of this problem with everybody. It's based on harm or damage done.

When accused, stand without representation in court. Then, require the accuser to get on the stand, prove the harm or damage, and prove that the accused did it... with witnesses.

Anybody who doesn't use this law is harming himself. But if he is guilty of harm or damage, he should repay.

I think that persecution is not limited to christians alone, anybody that professes that they have good moral and characters based on their religious believes or personal believes faces persecutions,  people will be looking for faults from the person. It doesn't matter if you're a christian, Muslim, hinduist or atheist people will always like to find fault from you based on your principles and religion. Nobody can please everybody in this world and you shouldn't expect everybody to agree with you or see things from your own religious or personal perspective, so what you need to do is ignore negative remarks that is directed at you based on your believes, if physical harm is done to you then you can seek legal action against the person or group.

I get your point but we can all agree that the persecution Christians receive is higher than that of any other religious group, people tend to forget that they are Also human too and humans aren’t above mistakes even the most principled humans of all religions sometimes break bread with their demons and shouldn’t be condemned for it maybe Criticized in a correctional angle but not condemned, you see posts everywhere and people would confidently tell you that “Christians are the worst people” and they hate them and most times it’s written in upper cases like they are out to get Christians. maybe you’ve been hurt at some point by either a clergy or a member of the church doesn’t mean all Christians walk around with daggers looking for who to stab, the bankers have issues with people doesn’t mean you’d stop saving in every bank there is, why don’t you try another bank, same goes for Christians too you’ve been hurt by a church doesn’t mean all Churches hurt People, they should cut Christians some slack and understand they are a work in progress.
