It is nice you are very much active here and I must commend you for that. As you can see, I do not see any where in your website where you clearly stated or mentioned about your licence which means you are likely operating illegally from wherever you are currently located. So for that reason, you are not supposed to mention about you requesting for Identity check pending when you present your licence as a fully authorised casino operating within your jurisdiction. You requesting for a identity verification check is as good as you not paying gamblers their money and telling them that their transactions are suspicious.
How do you suspect a money laundering when you too are not licenced to operate if I am not mistaken. Clear yourself first before requesting for KYC or identity check.

However, enter that name into a search engine and you get nothing related to gambling or casinos. They have also posted their registration number (A227489 - CCA CR-NG). Searching on Google for that also doesn't render and useful information.

Further down in their TOS you can read that the terms are construed according to Costa Rican law. So the owner company should be regulated by a Costa Rican authority.

A hundred percent too good to be true because the standard wagering requirement for 100% deposit in most casino is between 30-50x
Suprisingly the one from the casino said that 2x is the standard practice by most casinos, I have no idea in which gambling industry he is coming from but I have never seen that 2x wagering requirement is a standard term for 100% deposit bonus.
I'm afraid that there is other hidden requirement behind this 2x wagering requirement, most other casinos count slots as the only game with 100% contribution while other games contribute less percentage.
