People before are doubting on the intention of Trump for supporting bitcoin and many say that its just a political propaganda just to create a hype for his name.

Now that he select a VP which is bitcoiner then that tells everything that Trump is really serious on his bitcoin policy. Now with this tandem we can say that bitcoin would be good in USA. Also for sure those country who adopt bitcoin especially El Salvador will be happy with this development since provably they would earn huge benefits for US becoming a bitcoin or crypto friendly country. Imagine the exposure Bitcoins get for latest USA election this will be huge since it gets global exposure. Bitcoin future is really great with this developments happen.

I wonder if Trump's administration will go as far as backing the USD with BTC? If that happens, one can imagine Bitcoin going all the way to the moon. Trump's first term took a soft stance with crypto. So there's a high possibility the same will happen if he wins the White House again. No crypto supporter would side with the Democratic Party. Especially with enemies such as Elizabeth Warren and Gary Gensler.

The main goal is to remove Uncle Gary from office. And what better way to do by voting for Trump in November? Hopefully, Americans choose wisely for the good of the crypto/Blockchain industry and the country itself.

If you think about what fiat is and how it works you'd realize that this is impossible.

Fiats like USD have an unlimited supply so they can not be backed by anything with a finite supply. In fact that is why they stopped the Bretton Woods system a long time ago!
They are currently printing about a trillion dollar every 100 days. How would they continue this if each dollar is supposed to be backed by anything including BTC? They can't stop creating debt either.

As many have long believed when the US dollar was backed by the gold reserve they never did have that much in their vaults to begin with.
Fort Knox would need to be a size much larger than it was to hold that much gold to fund those trillions of fiat paper notes.

Elon Musk attending the BTC conference is going to be huge. It's going to give much needed publicity for the cryptocurrency. Especially when Mr. Musk is the richest man in the world. He already sided with Trump, so victory in the White House for the GOP is certain. With Gary Gensler out of the picture, crypto companies and exchanges can boost their business in America without obstacles. It's likely Bittrex and Binance will make a comeback.

With America rising in crypto/Blockchain tech adoption, one could imagine prices for popular coins like BTC and ETH going all the way to the moon. Elections are only 4 months away. The suspense is killing me, lol.

He is also too young and without experience while also being very radical and a warmonger who has no understanding of wars and even though he is not even in office he is doing a lot of chest pounding so to speak, a lot more than the previous warmongers in Trump cabinet like Bolton did.

People are emotional, they like it when they see a politician who does lots of chest pounding and people's senses are more heightened when they see a youngster.

Alright, while I initially thought that pretending to be pro-Bitcoin was a temporary political stunt by Trump, I now agree that it's a politically motivated shift but one he might actually stick to after getting elected (if he gets elected). If it's both him and VP, the USA might change its policies and become more crypto-friendly. However, I still hope that when people eligible to vote in these elections choose who to vote for, their main priority won't be crypto stance. Presidency comes with a lot more than that, and even if someone is very pro-Bitcoin, it is still important to ensure that one's views generally align with the Republicans and with Trump's vision specifically.

It's definitely a politically motivated shift but I don't think he will stick to it after getting elected. Did you read his promises? He promises self-custody, total control on Bitcoin for its users and also promises that the USA will save some part of its strategic reserves in Bitcoins. Is there really any government that will allow people financial independence and promote the coin that gives you that freedom if that promise is not temporary and there isn't a bait in it?

Watched a video of Musk talking to a journalist yesterday but suddenly it was taken off by youtube and their comments section turned off when I went back to get the link to it.
This was the title:

He was talking about how he had to move his gigafactory from California to Texas due to the laws they had in place wasn't doing the progress to his business any good.
So they are starting to silence in what he has to say with his siding with the Trump campaign.
In this political climate this is beyond weird.
One of the world's richest men doing a simple interview and they blocked the subjects he was getting into.
Glad I heard it before it was taken down because he explained that what he was giving Trump were not donations but given to the Super PAC and also explained the difference between the regular PAC and what he gave to his campaign.

After Kamala Harris was invited to attend the conference of bitcoin in Nashville, it was officially confirmed that she did not respond to the invitation without providing reasons for this. Thus, Donald Trump remains the star of this conference, although all observers stress that it is an opportunity for Harris to clarify her position on Bitcoin and blockchain, after it was confirmed that her campaign had submitted questions to one of the major influencers in the crypto field. Her failure to attend the conference will cause her to lose a large portion of the American electoral base, since two of her competitors will present their visions during the conference.

Highly doubt she would want to be seen there because it was the Democrat administration which vetoed a bill just recently against bitcoin's progress inwhich Trump stated he will help abolish when back in office.
If he was on point with the bitcoin movement then he will mention this bill that showed Biden thus Kamala is against what all of cryptocurreny and especially bitcoin stands for.

Just wonder why J.D Vance was not invited as being the one who made it public he is a holder of BTC!
