Nobody don't ask really in this world how did you get into bad situation once you in this you are out your life is finished even If you still Alive.
Speacially now with this financial conditions the poverty becomes the new Normal.
In as much as I think you're trying to lay a good point but I still find it hard to understand the context of your thread beginning from your subject which says "becoming homeless and poor it's new normal now days" please I'm not dragging you but I find it hard to understand the full content of what your saying but I know you are actually driving somewhere.
But let me just point out something I grab from this, which is generally the situation of the country is turning to another phase and it didn't stop in making and individual becoming homeless and poor, looking at the past years and comparing it to this era you ought to know that things aren't getting any better so definitely being poor now becomes a new thing cause alot of people can't afford even the least two square meals for themselves any longer and this is increasing rapidly.
