What about miners?We belive both miners and stakers play major role in securing the blockchain network and I personally think that masternodes performs various taks which make HootChain network more secure and fast. But to distribution fair initially miners will have advantage in block distribution and slowly the advantage will move to masternodes. We will talk about it in detail later in this post.
First 600 Blocks will get 20% of actual block reward that is 1 HOOT then on 601 block actual block reward will start. This should give everyone enough time to catch up including miners and pool owners etc.
