You will not be asked to submit your KYC data to complete the transaction. they have a refund policy if it is high risk.
So when you use the service either the transaction will be done without KYC or coins will be returned to you.
Godex needs to look at this accusation, as their declaration of being KYC-free is now being questioned:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5540023.msg65330395#msg65330395Godex, this is the time for you to keep your declaration of being a KYC-free exchange. There is a huge amount of people looking for a replacement for eXch. And right now you are doing a terrible job by holding apogio funds hostage. Worse than any regulated CEX.
We can say that the website itself answers this question:
AML/KYC POLICY -
https://godex.io/aml-policyI will quote some parts of the text:
1.1. The primary objectives of our AML/KYC Policy are:
Ensure strict adherence to local and international AML/KYC regulations, fostering a lawful and trustworthy cryptocurrency platform.
Implement a robust Customer Identification Program (CIP) to verify user identities, ensuring the legitimacy of transactions.
Actively prevent money laundering and terrorist financing by employing stringent measures and risk assessments.
2.2. The key components of our CIP are the following:
Customer Verification: the Company engages diligent measures to verify the identity of each customer, including but not limited to obtaining and cross-referencing valid government-issued identification documents, such as passports, national IDs, or driver's licenses;
In short, this exchange has never been KYC-Free.
