I probably understand why, but it doesn't change the fact that their blame is far from accurate. If they mention name of the mining company instead, i expect those company would feel more public pressure.

And i think government official who give permit to the company or ignore Granbury residents complaint are the one who should move there.

noise pollution can really destroy a person's life. people that haven't experienced it maybe they don't completely understand how destructive it can be to someone's mental health to say nothing about their physical health which apparently some of these granbury residents claim it has affected their physical health too and i'm not going to doubt that.

For air cooled miners the grating high-pitched noise CAN be abated - it just costs money to do it. Fluid cooled miners all but eliminate the issue as the large dry coolers are pretty damn quiet to begin with and if needed barriers can be put around them to deflect their low rumble away from the surrounding areas.

texas has fuck you laws to homeowners.

why fix the issue if the fines are so cheap that just pay the fines to save millions.

texas has limits to lawsuits.
texas has limits to fines.

the home owners will need to find a way to go after the company at a federal level.

if not the company will fuck them in the ass and laugh at the people screaming.
