Have you tried to apply on Onlinejobs.ph? Or in LinkedIn?

Most of my clients i do able to get on onlinejobs.ph. All of them US direct ones on which it is that good but if you can land up some agencies then it would be a good start up.
You can join on VA Philippines group too on which they are that active on sharing up some opening or someone whose looking for VA. Seeing your set of skills
on which this one is that competitive.

I'd be more beneficial for you to give out your payment terms, and possible rates.
That way you don't waste much time.
