Are there any other ways you can suggest?

I don't do what you do because some of them are quite excessive, because in my opinion, there are things that don't need to be done.
For example, uninstalling the exchange application, this is not necessary because this market condition is only temporary, and also stopping all price notifications, it is also not really necessary.
But for other points I quite agree, and usually I will still check the price but only occasionally, from the usual every day but to only 2-3 days, by continuing to believe that a bad market is just the beginning for a better market because there is no way the market will continue to be bad.

It is based on the mental level of a person to do it or not, because it seems that you are much more experienced and also have a portfolio that is not so big in crypto of all the assets that you have so you don't panic so much when the market crashes very quickly and sharply, as we see on the fear & greed index shows that the level of fear is greater at this time and people who stop updating prices and delete exchanges maybe they will not immediately panic when there is a price update crash.

Seeing from many respondents, of course, it can be judged that everyone has a different mentality and the mental stages of investors are based on their maturity to cause a reaction to their way of thinking whether they are afraid or not, not a few are also many investors who do not do anything at the time of the crash and instead buy more bitcoin or assets for their portfolio growth.

Yes, and that's why there are learning curve in Bitcoin investment because it's not going to be very easy as others might have thought it to be. Just like what we have seen since January, from all time high to lowest low of $76k? That is huge lost and that effect on our mentality. Nevertheless, as I have said, stages and learning curve and it might be good to us. Seeing  this kind of dump before, then we should just take advantage of it and then buy. But for the first timer, having witnessed their portfolio down, they might want to think to sell. It they did, then good for them, at least they will have that kind of mistakes and then teach them a hard lesson. And for those who didn't sell but continue to buy then this investors have the resilient to stay in the market and for sure they are going to succeed.

The bottom is unknown to us, but we surely know that the market will bounce back eventually, and that is all we need to keep in mind while we see a bit of red.

Bottom or peak, is never been known since in the first place on which means that you do need up to prepare the ff:

1. Money/Stable coins to DCA at the moment the market dips.
2. Emotion control whenever you do see these downs to avoid potential panic selling
3. Knows on when to get out or on when to hold your position
4. Having that strong mentality and could adjust accordingly about those sudden shifts of the market trend.

We are just humans and losing is just that an inevitable thing and thats why its important that you should know on what you've been doing and on what are the actions that needing up to do.
We do hate on losing money and thats what do opposes up our main targets and thats why we've decided to made out some actions that it is that not included into our plan.
There's no way that we can be able to avoid problems since market is volatile and cant be known, so you do need to adjust accordingly.

Feelings of anxiety, restlessness, and panic may be felt by anyone who has invested in bitcoin, especially when its price has fallen dramatically.
But stay confident, be patient, and trust that everything will return to normal.
Try to find other activities to help distract yourself from those feelings of panic.
Be confident! The next all-time high (ATH) will definitely happen, even if we can't predict exactly when—it's inevitable.

This won't really change anything even if we should stop updating prices and delete exchanges , people will always panic and there will be this feeling of restlessness  since they aren't getting any updates. Just like the saying a man's heart is where his gold is, so even without getting updates people will always be restless and this feeling will definitely makes them to panic. Also it all  has to do with having a good understanding of what bitcoin is , I believe those that have seen and experience bitcoin performance in the past won't really panic over price correction . So experience really has a great role to play here than merely deleting of exchange and updates.

The saying goes this way, where a man's treasure is there his heart will always be, undoubtedly just as you said those that have not developed that emotional discipline will always panic irrespective of whether they stopped updating prices and deleting exchanges, it only shows lack of maturity that are easily associated with an inexperienced person about the market because experience most times is the best teacher and surely staying long enough on how the market works comes with lots of learning including not panicking at short term fluctuation of the market.

Are there any other ways you can suggest?

I think the best way to avoid stress in a market crash is to not invest more than you can afford to lose.  Sure, some people will get lucky with a YOLO investment, but it can go spectacularly bad as well.  If you are diversified with enough other investments, you won't be so worried about the performance of any one of them.  You can also use income from investments to increase your position when other investments are down.  This allows you to buy the dips and benefit from market crashes.  When your portfolio is setup perfectly, you will embrace price declines instead of fearing them.

We know that some people can't help themselves in panic and have the intention to sell their losses.

The best way for me to relieve stress during market crashes like now is to;

  • Stopping all price update notifications
  • Deleting exchange apps (if you have them on an exchange)
  • Not playing too much on the internet
  • Focusing on the real world
  • Keeping myself busy doing physical activities

Are there any other ways you can suggest?
If you are planning to hold your coin for a long term, even if the market is crashing you are not suppose to be disturbed, the only people that are suppose to panic when there is a crash in the market are just either trader or if your intention is just to hold for a short term, and thats they really why it’s risky to trade, and to invest for short term, but if you are planning to hold for long, you are not suppose to be disturbed because even when the market crashes, it’s going to bounce back.

If you really have the intention to hold, then all those things which you mentioned are not really, if you are planning to hold, why do you have to be checking the market frequently, if you are doing that, then I just have the feelings that you won’t be holding for long time.

If you have invested in bitcoin, then you have to move on with your normal life, your attention isn’t suppose to be on your investment, get something doing and make yourself busy, your mind is not suppose to be in your investment since you are holding for long.

Price isnt value, dont mix the two up.  You cant go around just judging on price because it can be external factors.  Avoiding that fallacy would be the main way to avoid stress because its incorrect, people say lost but unless you sell at that lower price your loss in BTC terms is nil as you retain the same amount.

I would say price is definitive, it defines the worth at which one values a thing. That’s why you can have a commodity more readily priced high in some places than other places and that goes too for Bitcoin. There are those that might see its price today and assume it’s over priced and avoid go invest even with the funds for it but, there are those who see it to not have been priced enough.
If one is always concerned about what price the charts are showing on a daily basis, you would always come by some mixed feeling and that could result to stress.

You have arguments in your words, but not every person can never control himself in time. Usually those of us who are Bitcoin Holder, it is most important to control ourselves to deal with bad contacts. Because the person who loses control will suffer losses and plans to sell Bitcoin to the loss. However, the suggestions you have given I do not think everyone will be effective as you say that you have to get out of online. Even different ads should be avoided. These things seem crazy to me. Because Bitcoin's situation is the most important of all time updates.

Having a fixed time horizon definitely helps but it’s not the only thing that keeps people steady some folks set 5 or 10 years but still panic when the price drops 50 percent because deep down they weren’t prepared to see their portfolio cut in half that’s why emotional control and conviction matter just as much as timelines.
Another thing to consider is education the more someone understands market cycles history and the reasons why crashes happen the less scary they become when you know that bitcoin has gone through multiple 70–80 percent drops and still reached new highs later it changes the way you react to the red candles.

Risk management also plays a role people who put in more money than they can comfortably afford to leave untouched will always be more tempted to sell when things get rough if your rent money or emergency funds are tied up in crypto then every dip feels life threatening but when the money you invested is truly spare you can ride the waves without as much stress.

Lastly mindset is key some people treat holding like a waiting game but others treat it like building wealth for the future those who see it as a long journey rather than a quick score usually cope better because they aren’t checking charts daily to validate their decision.Do you think most of the panic selling comes from lack of knowledge about past cycles or from people risking too much money they couldn’t afford to lock up.

We know that some people can't help themselves in panic and have the intention to sell their losses.

The best way for me to relieve stress during market crashes like now is to;
  • Stopping all price update notifications
Are there any other ways you can suggest?

You have arguments in your words, but not every person can never control himself in time. Usually those of us who are Bitcoin Holder, it is most important to control ourselves to deal with bad contacts. Because the person who loses control will suffer losses and plans to sell Bitcoin to the loss. However, the suggestions you have given I do not think everyone will be effective as you say that you have to get out of online. Even different ads should be avoided. These things seem crazy to me. Because Bitcoin's situation is the most important of all time updates.
There's no one method that works for everyone, as it varies based on a person's perspective, determination, and character. Similarly, learning methods won't necessarily work well for them without the right approach. Likewise, everyone has their own way of coping.

While this is a temporary strategy, especially during a market crash, where you're still within your holding period, it's certainly a wise choice to hold your Bitcoin this way when you have no other options.

It's better to go fishing or hang out with your family, rather than constantly monitoring the market or engaging in online discussions about the same topic.

The best way for me to relieve stress during market crashes like now is to;

  • Stopping all price update notifications
  • Deleting exchange apps (if you have them on an exchange)
  • Not playing too much on the internet
  • Focusing on the real world
  • Keeping myself busy doing physical activities

Telling me to stop doing all these is basically telling me to stop breathing because I can't stop playing on the internet and that's how I get rid of boredom, it takes discipline to stop stressing about our investment losses because that's what investors do, we panic and we get scared at some point but it takes discipline to put yourself together without selling when we get not suppose to. Without discipline I would still download another exchange app after deleting the previous ones, if all these you listed have favored you it doesn't mean that it would favour everyone so let's all stick to what works for us, the best way for me to relieve stress during market crash is to always believe in my asset and its worth.

I think Stopping all notifications or going offline can help, but it’s not a magic fix. The real key is only investing money you can afford to leave untouched and having a clear plan. That way, even if the market drops, you’re not forced to sell or glued to charts. Education about past cycles and proper risk management does far more for stress than just deleting apps.

Normally as a good investor that knows what Bitcoin is all about would always understand that Bitcoin investment is not a get rich quick scheme. So staying clear from monitoring the market is always the best way to overcome unnecessary mistake, because most times investing the amount you can not afford to lose might likely trigger you when the market is not going as you excited. Bitcoin investment is good when you invest with what you can easily afford, so that Incase if the market is not going on your side you would be able stay calm.

Another approach is to have a prewritten plan before the crash even happens for example setting predetermined stop losses, profit targets, or levels where you will add to your position this removes the need to make decisions under stress because the choices have already been made when you were calm. You can also try shifting your attention to education instead of just scrolling for prices read books watch quality content or study strategies that improve your long term approach this keeps you mentally engaged with crypto without obsessing over numbers.

Finally practicing mental exercises like meditation or simple breathing techniques can help you reset your focus during high volatility it doesn’t have to be complicated just something that slows your mind and stops you from acting on impulse. Discipline really is the core of all this some people need total disconnection others need to trust their plan and stay busy with learning or work in the end the best method is the one that helps you stop panic selling and lets you ride out the storm without making rash decisions.

The high volatility of Bitcoin confuses many. Those who do not know about Bitcoin or do not have confidence in it are more likely to make mistakes. If they follow the Bitcoin price chart regularly, then the chances of getting confused even more. If there is high expectation, there will be increased psychological pressure. So I think that one should invest for the long term and should avoid all kinds of price chart analysis. Even if there is a big fall, one should not panic but rather stick to it patiently. For those who try to make money in the short term, the psychological pressure will continue to increase and for those who hold it for the long term, Bitcoin will become a big asset after a certain period of time.

I don’t think avoiding crypto is the best idea
Because of the fall in price, instead I use that advantage to buy more coins.
This is just my opinion.
