I think I agree with you completely because the OP did not provide much details especially in the type of gamble he was involved in and at what year or period he was talking about. For instance, if he was involved in luck base game, then it might be a thing of him running out of luck but for skill based game such as sports betting, it might be his mindset playing tricks on him. From the post, he had a major change in mindset and this affected how he made key decisions that did not end well with him. This mindset shift do happen to gambler and the result usually do not come out as expected especially when it is one garnished with greed. When the OP realized he could make money from gambling, it is possible greed arrested him and made him made hash decision that made him lose money.

Right, I think as you said that most likely luck has run out, and that means it is the right time for a gambler to take action immediately, such as trying another game or maybe stop gambling at that time and come back when the atmosphere is back to normal. On the other hand, gambling is full of things that look tempting which of course often makes gamblers tempted and try to take advantage of situations that they think are good opportunities, even though they are nothing more than traps.

Not everyone likes you but it's a form of gambling and if you take gambling seriously you might and most likely will lose.  Most of the times I bet recklessly and I think maybe I won't win the bet but in that case it turns out I won the bet.  But when I bet on necessity and absolutely need money, I lose the bet because I took it seriously which led to the loss. So I bet most of the time keeping my mind fresh so that no mental pressure is placed on the bet.  But if we consider your case, you didn't take the bets seriously in the beginning that's why you managed to win most of the bets but towards the end you took the bets seriously which made it hard for you to win.

I mean, games that are purely based on luck. or, types of bets that rely on skill or insight. personally I am confused to express whether I have ever been rich in gambling, but let's say getting a lot of money, we often experience getting that win, on the other hand the money we spend is also quite large. just try to accumulate the total money you spend on gambling, the numbers are also quite large. well, I try to theorize based on various points of view and experience, the more money you bet on the gambling table the greater the risk. you will feel lost, because the money you bet is quite large. different when you do it casually, you don't have high expectations for your money to multiply. regardless of the mechanism of factors related to gambling, I consider you unlucky when you double your bankroll. so when you lose, you will feel the sensation because it drains your wallet.

based on your story, you basically try to gamble and always win and from there you decide to double the amount of your money to get more money right? Winning in gambling depends on your luck, that is how I usually define it, but based on your story, I might say that your losing games come as a result of your action because you said that when you put it in mind that you will not win or didn’t border about winning, you end up to win, but when ever you take it more seriously to win, then you lose, so have a deep thinking that means if you have higher confidence in your games that you gamble on, you will simply lose them, so to me, I can say your luck is trying to surprise you because it doesn’t want you to predict it.

Gambling is only good for entertainment or fun, gambling is never good for making money. When you were gambling for fun, you won right here, right when you started gambling hoping to win big and increased your budget, you're going to lose because you've participated in constant gambling that has taken up so much of your gambling life has affected. Gambling depends entirely on luck so use this gambling game not as a means of earning money but as entertainment and hopefully you will get rid of gambling addiction.
