I downloaded the wallet from above (

I have sync successful and now I am staking !

Now we must find an exchange then relaunch the coin !

No - there won't be anything called a - relaunch

KSC had a launch date - there is no relaunch


We also need not - NO exchanges -

We need this coin to function - I want to see this coin run for at least 2-3 months without issue(s)
Then we can consider an exchange -

Yep! just did
Started from the scratch
Added the .conf file and updated my wallet.dat
Let walelt run from 0 and was updated within 20 minutes
Even got my stake
Awesome!
So what is next!

I can confirm: sync is OK, version 1.1 of the wallet is working fine, blocks are coming in and you can earn KSC by staking too ! 
This is a big step in the right direction: the coin is back to live.
Waiting for the next step: exchanges or ideas about how to develop this coin in order to bring value on it (=real projects).

To many transactions can really slow down your wallet


Consolidate your coins from time to time
and
Create a new wallet.dat file from time to time
