Skills are also needed when you are involved in trading because it requires analysis and even skills are needed when someone is involved in bitcoin investment so as not to panic when running. I conclude that it's not that you don't have skills but your skills are not that good so they need to be improved to be better at implementing.

You do not need formal education and higher learning to achieve most new skills in life, you only need the drive to search for that information and finding all the tools that are out there for free.

Once you acquired the "basic" knowledge, you can execute those tasks and build from there. Example : Search on Youtube... on how to fix a specific car engine and then learn the basics, then start working part-time for a workshop.... and build from there, until you get enough money to pay for some formal qualifications.... and this applies to many other jobs out there. (before you know it, you own your own workshop or you work for some huge car dealership)

I think there is but the potential is not good because you will be cheated by the manager and I have experienced this when developing potential in fish farming and now the processor has developed it himself. People learn in many different ways, I personally disliked the education system and was happy to get out of it. Some people go on to college and universities, some people go straight into the world of work and others might gain practical experience through trade courses. There are so many different ways to success out there, but they all involve trying something new and sometimes people can just be lazy or accept low paying jobs without ambition. It's easy to get stuck in a rut like that, but at least if you keep trying to raise your position you might get a lucky break one day. Networking can also unlock doors for you, but you also need to be ready to grasp every opportunity that is out there because they can quickly disappear again.

That is not good for you, yo better use your life judiciously and make the best out of it, as life is not a bed of roses. If life looks so simple to you now it might no be same tomorrow. Absolutely right. And the IT sphere has been in need of specialists for a long time. Many experts said that programmers and testers will soon be unnecessary, but this deficit has been going on for probably 10 years. If you don't pay much, then how can you motivate people to become skilled workers? Companies are forced to pay them high to motivate them. Btw companies give skilled workers such a big comfort that I know many dudes who earn six figures but don't start their own business and don't think about financial freedom because their jobs provide free GYM membership, free pool membership, free PlayStation in the office, free meals, cooperative events and etc... Labor is a commodity like many other components a business must purchase and use wisely, labor has a value but requires usage to really provide profit and yield an income.  So purely having even skilled labor will require the work and ability to find those jobs in which to deploy the skilled labor.  By itself however highly people might value themselves, you are only worth as much as your next job pays.  

You must allocate and respect the job provided by the employer basically, without that people would be self employed and have alot more time spent trying to find the work in the first place.  An economy can still stall even with a good workforce, its unfortunate when this happens but its vital that labor is a liquid commodity not disrupted by disputes too much.  Its part of why inflation is so dangerous in upsetting pay negoiations and potentially leading to no work and strikes, etc.

We all realize that to be able to achieve the goal, of course we have to have the right strategy in order to achieve it and everyone of course has a different strategy in achieving it, as you said is very true, not all strategies are suitable for different people, it can be that the strategy is suitable and can make them succeed in achieving their goals, but when other people try with the same strategy, they fail at it,  So if we want to achieve success, stay focused on our goals and also the skills we have and also we must continue to develop the skills we have so that we can achieve the targets we want and we do not have to be influenced by the achievements that have been obtained by others if it is not a motivation for ourselves to be able to develop even better.
