With the shutdown of AgoraDesk/Localmonero*, I think the only reputable service that's left worth using BISQ.

There is peach bitcoin as well, but I doubt it has enough liquidity or offers.

These types of sites are known as P2P exchanges (peer-to-peer exchanges). Sadly, local bitcoins shut down, but we can’t do much about this. Now, the popular P2P platforms available are Paxful and Bisq. Paxful allows partial KYC with a certain limit, but in Bisq you won’t find many sellers and buyers. You can also look at the newly launched exchanges in this part of the forum EXCHANGES.

Alternatively if there are no much liquidity op can use forum p2p I believe it's much more secure since it's based on trust and reputation let him just looked for a local trader where he sent BTC and received back the equivalent to the currency he needed.
That would be much more better than any other platforms.

There are not many left that work in similar way but Noones.com is active and it can be used without kyc with some limitations.
Last time I checked it was possible to use localcoinswap.com without verification, but I am not sure if something changes after that.
I think it's much safer to make a transition to Bisq, Haveno dex or PeachBitcoin, depending on how you want to trade.

Yes I did and it worked fine in my case, but there are some bugs that need to be fixed with web version, and yes I know about the history of Paxful and Ray Youssef.
People who are trading all the time will eventually have to pass some level of verification to remove limitations from Noones, but than you can also use their Visa virtual card.

There are some exchanges in there that don't require KYC verifications, like robosats.com. You will never be disappointed.

Also, the question is what do you consider KYC?

Is giving a phone number and email address KYC? To some people it is, to others it is not.

I use localcoinswap.com a lot. They require both of the above, but with the ability to get an email address with a few clicks and a SIM card with a year of service for under $35 it's not, in my mind, KYC.

To others it's as bad as giving a DNA sample and fingerprints.

The source below can show 15+10=25 exchanges that do not require KYC, you can see and review their exchanges directly, after reviewing them then make a decision whether to use or not to use.

But personally, I don't want to use an exchange that doesn't have strong security, what's more, an exchange without KYC, even having KYC can be problematic, what's more, there's no KYC feature, but everyone has a different view on using crypto exchanges, the decision is up to you, I hope there are 25 exchanges like LocalBitcoins, even though I have never used that exchange.

Seems to have much fewer traders than Paxful, which also means I can't find offers for some currencies.
