(...) Or I’m willing to meet up with someone with the skills to do this task in or around the London area, of course after we’d agreed on some T&Cs.
Don't do this Ice22. You have a considerable amount of bitcoin and this puts a big target on your back if you do decide to meet up with someone in RL. If you continue to post here your problems I'm sure that you will get all the help you need, provided that you have resilience and that we are actually able to circumvent those requirements by Blockchain.info.
The post by nc50lc[1] is great as a first step. Please let us know the results and we'll continue from there.
I wonder whats the update of OP regarding this, were talking thousands of those coins. If the support doesn't have in anyway to help, i guess that will be considered lost and/or the team even get that coins already knowing blockchain is custodial on that time, well, more even now, unless if wallet address are known that it wasnt moved yet.

And welp, when meeting someone, any personal info such place (your location) should be considered as secret, always bring someone who can be trusted and do it on a place where police authority are near.

I don’t think you can solve the problem through legal means. Blockchain.info regards the email address as proof of user identity. This is a general rule for web hosting wallets. You can only accept the terms they set. You should focus your efforts on recovering the email address, otherwise you will lose everything! Blockchain.info had a large number of wallet thefts in its early days, and this is something you should pay attention to.

This doesn't seem related to the OP, so it's preferrable to post it as a new topic.

Anyways, those are enough to recover the self-custodial part of your funds in Blockchain web wallet without logging-in.
Just follow these steps to extract your private keys from the wallet.aes.json file, then import those to another wallet like Electrum.
Tutorial: /index.php?topic=5524856.msg64905734#msg64905734

If you need further help, start a new topic containing the steps that you already done and which part requires assistance:
Go to Web Wallet board and find the small "new topic" button on the right side.
