Update:

RedotPay has developed a bot on Telegram that allows you to purchase and load virtual cards using the USDT and Ton..

With this bot, users can pay anywhere in the world,, whether online or in-store. The bot is fully integrated with TON wallets and supports both Apple Pay and Google Pay.

My brother will travel to South Korea next month, and unfortunately, it is not possible to send money from our home country (North Africa) to anywhere in the world due to our closed local financial policy. My brother will traveling to look for work and will certainly need to receive money from the family until he finds a job.
I researched the available methods using cryptocurrencies, and honestly, I found no better service than Redotpay, according to user reviews (I trust forum users even more than some international rating companies).

Should he register an account and verify it using his data here in home country without any problems after moving to Korea, or is it better to register an account in Korea? Are there any restrictions on using a physical card in Korea? Is it available to make internal transfers between two Redotpay users? Or i can just keep send him depositis using cryptocurrencies? I mean there is no need that i have to register an account to send him money?

My questions seem simple, but I have never used such services before. Thank for your responses in advance.

He can register an account at any time [use referral link to get bonus aswell], and there is no problem using a physical card in South Korea. RedotPay allows users to transfer funds internally to each other, and you can also use any wallet to transfer supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, BNB, USDT, USDC, SOL, TRX, etc.) to him.

Thank you so much for the fast detailed response. My brother and me created Redotpay accounts without any problem. But you didn't answer a key point. My brother created his account in our country home. Can he receive physical card in South Koree in his new address? Actually he is in Tokyo for two weeks and think how to receive his card fast and easy.

As I mentioned previously there is no issue with the country, he can create account anywhere and use it freely.

Thank you again for your response. Everything is fine  with my brother. He has already asked for a physical card and just waiting for it. Also he tried all the options deposit, virtual card, internal transfer... And he confirms how much it's friendly use. I can ensure you that only few people know about Redotpay can help getting access to worldwide transactions.

I am surprised to see countries such as Slovenia and Croatia on the list of unsupported territories. Those are EU member states after all, so I wonder why the service couldn't work there. I have seen this with another crypto services as well.
At the same time it puzzles me how many more people the worlds #1 terror nation needs to kill to be added to any banned countries list anywhere in the world. Roll Eyes
They have the right to defend themselves I guess...

Hah yeah, surprising indeed to see my country (Croatia) on this list and especially Slovenia, which is quite davnace when it coems to crypto implementation.

I don't see what differentiate us from other EU members but I guess they do.  Tongue

Hah yeah, surprising indeed to see my country (Croatia) on this list and especially Slovenia, which is quite davnace when it coems to crypto implementation.

I don't see what differentiate us from other EU members but I guess they do.  Tongue
It's the whole of Western Balkans that is restricted, both non-EU and EU countries. To some degree I can understand the non-EU country exclusions, but not allowing the EU ones is odd. I noticed the same thing with the AQUA card when it came out. It has a very long restrictions list for something advertised so much as that product. All Western Balkan countries are restricted there as well. Perhaps Slovenia is allowed. I don't remember it by heart now.

I believe restrictions like these often depend on a combination of regulatory requirements, local licensing obligations, and compliance risk assessments that differ from one jurisdiction to another, even within the same union. Further, I have also sent your queries to official RedotPay team for an official clarification regarding these specific territories. I’ll share their response here as soon as I get it.

It seems like they took the list from some outdated regulatory resolution. It's a real wonder they didn't list Yugoslavia among the restricted countries.

As Rikafip mentioned above, Slovenia is one of the most crypto-friendly countries, not only in the EU. I don't know if you are a recognized partner with Redotpay, but maybe you could suggest to them reconsider this list and possibly update it.

Thanks for pointing this out. I’m already connected with the RedotPay team, so I’ll pass this specific detail to them for review and share their official response once I have it.
