I feel like the look of the pages can be improved to make it look like they are built-in pages, currently, though it could only be me who is thinking this way, it almost feels like the pages are third-party pages integrated into the website.

I don't know if my point is clear or not. I'm not saying there are any problems, but I just feel that it could have been more user-friendly or would look better if those pages were designed in a way that would make them look like they match the theme of the website and everything, and there wouldn't be a scrolling page with a different color and everything.

Actually, I'm here with another feedback, it's either a bug or something that I feel can be improved. So basically, I always log in to my account, marking the "Remember me" checkbox, but whenever I close my browser and open it again, or visit the website the other day or after a few hours, I see that I'm logged out again. I know the difference between sessions and cookies. When your information is saved in a session, the browser forgets it when you close it, but when saved in a cookie, it stays because it's saved on the client's side. However, I don't remember rejecting cookies when signing up or visiting the site for the first time.

Can you please look this up for me? If it's an issue from my side, I'll see how I can resolve it so that I stay logged in, but if it's from your side, I would say it would be better if this option is looked into so that we can stay logged in after marking the "Remember me" checkbox.

That is understandable and it is good for user security. However, I feel there should be a way for users to choose whether they want this or not. For example, if I know that no one else can have access to my computer, I wouldn't mind having my account logged in to conveniently visit and use the platform without having to log in every time even if I'm not active for a few hours or even for one day or a couple.

The idea behind the "Remember me" button should be to keep the user logged in for as long as the user wants. Someone who knows there can be unauthorized access to their computer shouldn't mark it in the first place.

Anyway, I know this feature of logging a user out for being inactive can save some users from bad things, but only if they aren't using 2FA. Once 2FA is available, even if someone can access the account, they wouldn't be able to make a withdrawal. If they are too evil, they might gamble the money away if they see there is some in the account but they can't withdraw it because of 2FA.

You can have this problems with many centralized exchanges because they have similar policies on automatic log out your account after a while. There is another policy to trigger security confirmation if you log in your account on a new device or a new browser on a same device.

The duration to trigger this automatic log out can be months like 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. 6 months is an inactive duration that can trigger account closure from MonkeyTilt so perhaps a duration for automatic log out is shorter than 6 months, it can be 1 or 3 months.

Do we actually need such a stress to log into a casino or an exchange? Having a long and strong password that is not saved in the password manager and synchronised to the phone. Also, didn't permit finger print unlocking. It is very tedious and not worth it.
Do it for your wallet, it is fine, but doing it for a random casino you registered isn't worth it, unless you are gambling with huge amount which shouldn't be trusted with the casino at the first place.

Aside privacy I think this is a general law implemented regarding a user absence and irregular betting, although I don’t think I understand how this will work but it might take weeks or days that’s something I can’t tell. I clearly understand this idea because I have used sites with different policy and still some with different rules like the fintech mobile bank also roll with the rule of logging out an inactive account, for anyone who forgets password easily just need to stay active.

It is surely shorter than 1-3 months, if it was that long, players will hardly notice the automatic log out feature. Since part of the reason for this feature is security, 1-3 months is too long, 72-96 hours is not bad in my opinion.

Due to my involvement in the BTC network, i have become used to backing up things this way, and i take security seriously in any platform that i deposit my money into, doesn't have to be life changing money for me.

We'll have more robust features that you can customize to make your experience more what you want. This is one of the limitations that we have with our current set up.

We just decided to err on the side of caution with the current platform so you don't have open sessions on your browser when you're not active on your device.

Lol, it’s kinda funny because in the concept of gambling we still want profit in return even if we’re adviced to gamble wisely with what we can afford it’s obvious gamblers always want more and it okay. It is always advisable to use spare funds rather than resort to borrowing money.
