What's astonishing is how many threads keep popping up whenever Bitcoin is faced with the slightest drop in price. Bitcoin crashed as low as $53,000 a few days ago, although it may seem like a major drop, I don't think it's worth panicking over it. Consider it a temporary discount, it's already back to $60,000, we're not actually that far from the ATH to consider it a noteworthy drop in price. After all, Bitcoin's price has been relatively stable the past few months, usually ranging between $58,000 to $62,000.

The red in the portfolio is normal because the market will be ups and downs many times. We should be ready for that especially preparing our money to buy back at the lower price. I don't think there's anything to get too upset about with Bitcoin's ups and downs. It will not always follow the same lines. As the situation has changed from where it was at the beginning of the year, it may change further downward or upward in the next few months. But whatever the market condition we can see a positive look. Bitcoin may have another bull run in 2025. Even if the current price drop is temporary, Bitcoin will definitely have a big upside in the long run. A slight price drop is nothing to worry about. Long-term planning is an easy way out of such situations.

People with positive mindsets will look at it that way and would think it's nothing to worry about because it's normal for Bitcoin or the whole market to have ups and downs, that's what makes it fun. Would it be any fun if the market and the prices of all cryptocurrencies became completely stagnant? No, no one would enjoy or like that, but still, people panic when they see a drop, what goes up has to come down.

I will survive with the Bitcoin that I have, and will dive in to buy more bitcoin when it drops, because that's better to do than keep watching the market that has no change now.

1.The weather can be predicted(for several weeks ahead). The short term price fluctuations of Bitcoin are more or less unpredictable, but the long term price movement can be predicted to increase(if there aren't any negative FUD factors, like mass government bans or world war 3).
2.I have noticed a strange pattern. The Bitcoin price goes down a little bit at the first week or two of every month(after the winter bull run and the ATH), but it goes back up by the end of the month. Maybe this will happen in September 2024 and the price might get a short term pump back to 70K USD for a while.

I will survive with the Bitcoin that I have, and will dive in to buy more bitcoin when it drops, because that's better to do than keep watching the market that has no change now.

That's what anyone who has money left from their capital should do, accumulate as much as possible while the price is still low, once it starts going up, there might be no stopping before it reaches $90k or even $100k. That's when people who are worried right now and panic selling would regret it.

I just think about how when the price is $100K it will be difficult for people to buy because the price is too high and when they plan to buy above that bitcoin becomes bearish because the bullish phase is over, so take advantage of it now sometimes people like to underestimate wanting to wait even lower.

It is not only about being surprised or amazed at the increase and decrease in the price of Bitcoin, but if we look at the many investors who have long believed in Bitcoin and have also invested in Bitcoin for a long time, they clearly will not care enough about it if the goal is to keep buying without not selling again in the near future. Although sometimes we also often see where market trends can also affect investor behavior, but that is also not a bad thing because they will definitely not stay away from Bitcoin and will continue to buy it when conditions allow it to return to the market.

Holding and selling is an individual discretion, but I believe that holding our bitcoin seems to be the best option to be made. When we look at the long term trend of bitcoin it is the fact that it has a bullish trend, but everything changes when we look at the chart at shorter time frames, fluctuations are always seen due to the high volatility of bitcoin, however I will always advise to follow the trend and wait, the price will not rise today suddenly, (although that can happen) however the best thing is to always wait, because the best bitcoin movements are given by whales, institutions or that there is some kind of fundamental, even so I will always say that having btc in hdol mode is the best, at least for now it seems to me that it is like that.

Bitcoin is totally different from weather because you can forecast a weather with accuracy but you can’t predict the exact amount of bitcoin as bitcoin is decentralised digital currency so no one can predict the exact move of bitcoin accurately. Invest in bitcoin by seeing the market trend if people are investing and market cap start increasing then you can buy bitcoin and get profit.

OP is pretty much on the money by mentioning the negativity, I do feel that theres a capacity for a downtrend even if its not especially marked by a noticeable large decline as yet.   I can draw in a channel downwards and it seems to fit reasonably well however its quite slight & well contained.   In any case we've been in a range of prices for months and though there has been attempts to break upwards past 70k and down below the high 50k's  we haven't gone far for long, its still in that region now.



Can we find when or if BTC price action will once again travel a free road wherever it wants, its fenced in.  Are we in a pivotal place, ignore the chart mostly but come back here if we explode upwards end of September to mention how amazing Iam

September has been a fiasco. Expectations were high for this month, but it seems we have to wait until October to see if Bitcoin is going to pump for real. The final 3 months of the year must be positive for Bitcoin. I'm hopeful about that, because there is historical tendency indicating it, besides the fact we are in a halving year which theoretically is positive for Bitcoin price.

The rule is simple, just invest what you can afford to lose and always diversify your investments among different categories to dilute risk. Anyway, I'm not too worried. Bitcoin has been consistent since the beginning of 2024 above the 50,000$'s line. Moreover, we are near to 60,000$, so who knows if this month can still surprise us positively, leading Bitcoin above the 63,000$ or 64,000$ price ranges.

If you are someone who do tend to hold up for long term then it wont really be something an issue for you on which you could really be able to make yourself that stood still and just wait up for the right moment,
but we do now that not all would really be holders on which there would really be those traders who do make out profits in very slight movement of price. This is why on the moment that it would really be making up such percentage decrease then it would really be giving out that effect into their portfolio. Actually it would really be just that depending on what kind or type of investor or trader are you on which you would really be acting out accordingly on which you do seem that it would work or ideal for your investment. 18% movement is nothing into this volatile space on which it could even more more than that.

If you cant be able to bare up with the volatility then this market isnt really that for you or to those someone whose really that weak hearted. You would really be needing to be able to sustain nor survive on whatever price conditions that you would really be able to encounter. You cant really just that dive or engage into this market without having that proper knowledge and awareness on how it do moves or behaves.
This is why it would really be that recommended that making up some familiarization or making up some idea on how it do behaves so that at least you wont get shocked.

Not too worried about the drop. Whether it’s 18% or 20% is not a surprise to us because for those of us who have been in the market for a while, a drop like this is not a surprise that keeps us thinking about it all the time.
There’s a saying that might help you, don’t open your charts too often when you hear that the market is in a downturn. It’s okay to open it often just to take a chance to buy.

If you only look at the price for a short period of time, then yes, people will be shocked as if they can’t believe it.

Yeah, keeping it holding will make it a problem and we shouldn't really considering that would be hard to deal with and that should be a problem and we can't really consider this to grow further and that could be the most important part. I think the issues is that we are dealing with a good growth right now as well and I think we are going to end up getting bigger result and shouldn't be getting that much better result.

So all in all, we are dealing with a problem that will not take that long, it should be getting something that will benefit everyone and shouldn't be that much of an issue at all. Holding bitcoin has always made people money, as long as you do not sell that much it would not be that much of a problem and that will definitely be the most important deal. So all in all we are going to see this growing with time, and because of that we can't really sell when it's down, just keep holding for as long time as possible with time.

I do not think we have a choice than to keep hodling Bitcoin because what is the point of hodling Bitcoin throughout all the bear market that we went through for the last two years and we did not sell but kept on hodling and now just to sell because of a small 18% drop. Anybody selling right now that the bull market is just around the corner which is expected to happen in 2025, would regret it in few months time. As Bitcoin drops, we buy more not sell. The market is never going to be in an upward movement only because at time the market will get some corrections but it will recover back and push the price of Bitcoin to get to new highest price. The drop happening in September might just be a preparation for the rise of Bitcoin that we should be expecting in October and mainly November during the election.
