Did you get any further communication from the support from this point until when you exhausted the balance on your wallet? It is one thing to have a technical issue, can happen to anyone at anytime, how that issue is handled is what builds the trust of the players.

I’m done with this. I will not play ever again on this casino. I knew this is due to my error that’s why I lose everything due to my out of patience but it’s so damn bad for a new casino that has failure withdrawal function.

I encounter same issue yesterday too. Nothing happened when I activate the bonus aside from the screen just refresh but no bonus activated that’s why I just play without bonus. I thought I just miss to click it but his statement above makes me remember what happened.

Great response which covers everything involved in customer service when dealing with a situation like this. I expect the issue to have been fixed already but I will cut the casino some slack with this and we not knowing the exact cause of the issue.

I will suggest testing all of the features to know if there is also any aspect not working as intended and fixing that too, there is only an amount of issues users can take no matter how responsive the team is to the complaints.

It is super customer support after the incident and hopefully Coin Trader will appreciate it and find reasons to stay on Dake.gg platform. Mistakes made but were corrected and it's good to move forward with positive thinking.
