Hello !
 I would like to tell you the story of scam from 500Casino . I have been playing actively for half a year, losing a lot of money every month. And this month I finally managed to win a lot on betting on cybersport on Tir1 events. Everything was normal until the last time I bet 15.000 usdt on the outcome that won and I got 40.500 usdt on the balance, then I tried to withdraw it and was denied. I wrote to live support and after some time they wrote to me that my account was blocked for multi-account. I asked for some proof and my request was rejected. After I realized that the casino had scammed me I asked to return at least the deposit of 15.000 $ , this request was also rejected .

Just to clarify, the casino has systems to detect multi-accounts which have been primarily used to bypass the limitations in betting. Like they have mentioned, providing the proof to the complainant (i.e. the banned player) would be similar to revealing the inner workings which have the potential to be further abused.

Exactly what I was thinking. Why would anyone be ok with just getting their deposit back when there are still 27k on the table, it doesn't make any sense (unless there is more to the story).

Adding to what acroman said above, in case you wondered why and how the ADR is different than addressing and providing their findings here, it's because the ADR can get those evidences private, for the mediator's eyes only, thus the casino can be assured that providing their findings to validate their ruling will not jeopardize their security algorithm.
