So the site is basically something similar to what Purse.io used to provide, with the exception that it supports all of Amazon sites and multiple cryptocurrencies.

I saw the site on kycnot.me and I thought about asking here in case anyone has used it before as it looks new, with only 119 orders placed so far.

EDIT: Platform should be avoided

Thank you for sharing the site here, it looks quite new as as you mentioned it says there are only 119 orders so far but also says "over 70 orders have been successfully fulfilled".

It also gives a review from some real people on Twitter about Monezon who supposedly used their service.

It would be nice if there is no KYC but I don't know if there are some countries that are banned? I don't know how they will be able to deliver orders for countries that Amazon bans?

There should be no KYC as the site is listed on kycnot.me.

As for the countries, then those don't handle the shipping for you. It's not a package forwarding company. It simply buys the goods from your Amazon "wishlist" and in return, you pay in bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.

Amazon is available in a few countries (Germany, France, UK, U.S, Egypt, India, Spain, etc), so those countries are supported. If by chance, you're buying something that supports "AmazonGlobal" (which allows shipping in other countries) then you should be able to order that as well.

with only 119 orders placed so far.
The number of order at the top looks like a static number.

If you check the section, I have no idea what they are but it seems like orders are placed.

Now if the orders are placed like the rate it's moving then the number of order placed should also gain its number. I have no idea but I will not try the site with large amount of order. Perhaps you can order something which cost very little and try it first, see if the number of order field change and you receive what you ordered.

-snip-

It's actually the other way around. I saw a progress bar showing for a split second before showing the 119 orders number.

As for the ones in the bottom, then apparently the same ones keep on repeating and showing over and over again

It seems the number of order increased by 1, now it is 120. It's worth to keep an eye. Yes, the same ones are repeating like a loop.

Thanks for the clarification, I thought that the site buys from Amazon with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and also delivers them to different countries around the world, but it turns out from your words that they are only an intermediary for buying with cryptocurrencies and have nothing to do with delivery.

In this case, I can use the service to buy only electronic products online that do not require delivery, such as Windows and Office programs and other software.
I have been looking for a while for a way to buy an original Windows product or Office package using cryptocurrencies. It would be good if this was available through the site.

You probably won't even need Amazon in that case. There are other alternatives out there. G2A being one of the most reputable ones. You can buy games, software subscriptions (including the ones you mentioned), gift cards, VPNs etc.

I want to report that I used this service and lost 1 XMR.

It either has incompetent staff or they're sophisticated scammers. Avoid this service like the plague.

What happened: I ordered a few books from Amazon, and used this service to pay with XMR. There were a few problems with my executor, and with the packages, but that's all normal. To cut a long story short, I asked my executor to issue a refund. Packages returned to Amazon, his money returned to his wallet, and now it was time for my XMR to be refunded. I waited for a couple of days, and since no XMR appeared to my wallet, I addressed them in Twitter. (Yeah, that's right, I tried sending a message to their Session, but they never replied, so I had to go to Twitter...)

I give them my order ID, ask them to refund, and they say they have already done so. They send me the address they refunded, and it was absolutely not mine. I look on my Monero wallet, and I have labeled the address that I used for Monezon refund. They refuse they ever received this address in the form, and said that the mistake was from my side. (Which could only occur if my computer was infected with a keylogger, which is not true, as I make  Bitcoin and Monero transactions on a quite regular basis, and have never had any such issues four years now.)

They either deliberately ripped me off and knew that I had nothing to do in my defense, or their setup is compromised by a hacker who replaces refund addresses with theirs (not always, as people say that they had their XMR refunded in that service). In either case, I would never deal with them ever.

Oh, and BTW, even if they had selected the right address, they wouldn't refund me the full amount. They would keep a percentage (which was close to 10%) as a fee for their service. I would have bought no packages, and still, I wouldn't have all my money back.

Sorry for your loss, and thank you for reporting this. I edited the OP to include your post.

How long ago did this happen by the way? It almost feels as if the system is made to selectively scam people. Why would you make people fill a refund form and then not show them those details on their dashboard or at least send email them a copy of it?

Geniuses, what can I say? They even delete the refund addresses from their database when the order is finished. They only keep statistics, which is good for privacy, but man, this is Monero, it doesn't downgrade anyone's privacy to keep all the refund addresses indefinitely. They're stealth addresses, remember?

Also, look on this post: https://primal.net/e/note18qy6y48akefec4h7evqxswvz8t3xtddt482evrtqzk0qjutenjpsun6stp. It wouldn't surprise me if the entire site is maintained by ChatGPT. Maybe they're both incompetent and malicious, those two go together often.

I heard about Monezon and it does sounds like interesting service but this is not the first time I hear about other issues reported by their customers, similar like BlackHatCoiner had.
I don't think they are a scam that would risk reputation for stuff like this, but they probably don't have enough stuff members and they have some bugs in their system.
Support should be priority for services like this and they obviously don't have good support at all (not sure if telegram @MonezonDev is active).
Delivery is generally a ''messy'' business especially if done internationally, even with best intentions of owners.

I understand that international delivery is inevitable to create problems often, but this service is supposed to be fairly straight forward: Someone else buys your Amazon cart for you, and you pay him in Monero. The only real service Monezon provides is an escrow. Everything else can already been accomplished by Amazon lists.

They are an escrow service and have just one job to do. Secure the escrow and assist their customers with support. They can't do this simple job, Goddamn it.

Whoever the fuck got my money: Take your family out for dinner in a nice restaurant, tonight. You're treating.

Marketplace for used books and they accept BTC (so far, maybe more in the future).
There are two main problems with this platform:

  • There are not enough books. Most books are Greek, and many are out-dated. (old versions)
  • A tiny minority of the book sellers accept payments in Bitcoin, and only on-chain.

Unfortunately, Amazon is running a monopoly on foreign books. If you're an author of a book, and want to distribute it across the world, Amazon will be your best option, even if it charges excessive fees. (I think it takes 40% of your profits, or something like that.)

I understand what you are saying, I used similar services for purchasing physical goods with cryptocurrency, and I had problems several times.
Either they mess up the price and charge to much, I can't order something, and I can't receive full refund only coupons, but I only used it for smaller purchases.
This just adds more complexity that increases chance of making mistakes for each order.
