As of yet i have still not been able to recover my assets.  I have reestablished communication with the alicebob "support team" for whatever Good it might do. I tried downloading 2 recommended wallets and importing my alicebob wallet through the seed phrase. I was successful with both but the blance shown was $0. This is in spite of the blockchain explorer so showing my $184 in the wallet. I don't understand what would cause this.
You recovered your wallet by importing its wallet seed phrase from AliceBob wallet to Electrum wallet, and you confirmed that you saw same addresses in lists of two wallets. It's good as you recovered a same wallet with Electrum as the wallet you created by AliceBob.

You should see your coins after wallet import immediately in Electrum wallet, not have to wait till today.

But today you said you waited for days and did not see your coins, it's strange.

With information shared by you, I saw you made two transactions as deposits to AliceBob wallet, into this address
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/address/bc1qh4zd8xf4zc86g9pxmxx7sdlaw5ahwwg5dxrl9p

You can see balance is there in block explorer and you can import the Public address to Electrum wallet, to have a Watch only wallet. After importing, I saw the balance too.
This is your transaction history with that address.

Note: when i first tried to import my  alicebob wallet i just used the wallet address (the one referred to above) and it shows the $184. The second time i used my seed phrase and the 2nd wallet created shows only the $1 that is incorrectly being shown in my alicebob app. What does this mean?
With importing your address, you created a watch-only wallet. Anyone can create that wallet and it's not possible to spend fund from that, if you don't have the associated private key or seed phrase.

I have never used Alicebob wallet and I don't know how it works.
Can you see list of your addresses on Alicebob wallet? If so, check if they are same as addresses generated by electrum.

If you have imported your AliceBob wallet into another wallet app and both are showing the same balance then you have imported your wallet correctly.

At first, I thought the address gap limit could be the reason why you don’t see the recent transactions on your imported wallet. But this possibility can be excluded since these transactions do not appear on the AB wallet too.
The only logical explanation is that the bc1qh4zd8x.. doesn’t belong to the wallet you are looking at in first place.

What’s certain is that you have used that address before. So, it’s definitely yours. Are you sure you don’t have any other wallet?

Based on Husna QA the address generated from Alicebob's wallet when he imported the seed to Electrum it shows the same addresses. So, if you are using the same wallet, the $184 should be shown on the Electrum wallet.

Can you confirm the address if it belongs to you by going to the addresses tab on Electrum?
If you can't find the addresses tab, enable it on view>address, then go to the addresses tab and compare it to the address with balance.
If you can't find that address on the Electrum addresses tab it means it's not belong to you or maybe it's beyond the gap limit.

After seeing your concern I also looked into it but it seems to be a scam site. Google play store, appstore and extension links are provided on their website but I could not find any application of the site from google play store there. Although I haven't tried the other two, such scam sites that don't have good reviews should be avoided. If services are taken from these sites, there is a high probability of accepting the scam. One of my concerns is that it was a big mistake to use a scam wallet without any reviews, There are lots of good wallets in the market you should have accepted one of them especially which are most renowned. What is the best wallet for storing Bitcoin?

I never heard that wallet before and if you just use it came from google play I guess its quite skeptical because there's a lot of scam sites deployed right there and its not too much secure reason why they can easily launch an application. Most of the exchange has only 2-3 confirmations before the asset is created to your account and as per checking its already confirmed. Like others I recommend import your wallet into electrum this will be a visual bug on your part. Most of the wallet once they received the pending transaction its already showed up in the recent transactions.

He already tried that, and it shows that there's only $1 worth of bitcoin there.

Anyway, really weird case. I wonder how OP even stumbled upon this wallet as no one here (at least those that responded in this thread) never even heard about it an there are so many decent open source wallets to choose from.

Yes, the 1st wallet i made in electrum was view-only (because i didn't knknow what i was doing) and i created it by just importing the wallet address and it showed the correct $184. The funds are still there which is a good sign and it shows that you still have the chance to recover the funds.
As you mentioned earlier that you were able to create a view only wallet and see the funds there and so the next step is get to hold of the private key for the bitcoin address and then either sign the transaction to transfer the funds or import the private key to access the funds directly.

Also, let us know when you imported the seed phrase into electrum the 2nd time, were you able to see the bitcoin address that had the $184 balance in it ?

Since you said that you are only able to see $1 in the wallet it might be the case that the derivation path you used while importing the seed phrase might not be the same as used in AliceBob wallet.
Try using a different derivation path while importing the seed phrase in Electrum and let us know what happens with screenshots for further clarity.

I have never used Alicebob wallet and I don't know how it works.
Can you see list of your addresses on Alicebob wallet? If so, check if they are same as addresses generated by electrum.
Husna QA tested with both Alicebob wallet and Electrum wallet. Same addresses in both wallets.
I got the address from the AliceBob wallet, which was imported into Electrum; both display the same address.

The problem with OP is whether he has the wallet private key/ mnemonic seed. If he has it, he can import it to Electrum and it's done like Husna QA tested successfully. If OP does not have private key/ mnemonic seed, it's done in another way, he lost that wallet and bitcoin.

No private key, no access to your bitcoin. Import a public address will create a watch-only wallet, and with it it's unable to spend bitcoin.

If you create a new wallet in Electrum using the Import Bitcoin address option, the wallet becomes watch-only and can only display the Bitcoin address and balance without you being able to spend it.

-snip- The second time i used my seed phrase and the 2nd wallet created shows only the $1 that is incorrectly being shown in my alicebob app. What does this mean?

Have you selected the BIP39 option when creating a new wallet on Electrum using the Seed phrase from AliceBob's wallet?

-snip- but alicebob does generate a new wallet address everytime. There were no other wallets i was using at this time either.

Several other wallets also do the same. You can also read the following article from Trezor:  https://trezor.io/learn/a/use-new-address-for-each-transaction

After seeing your concern I also looked into it but it seems to be a scam site. Google play store, appstore and extension links are provided on their website but I could not find any application of the site from google play store there.

My logic is that if it is a scam site, then they will try to register another new application link so that it can remain on Google Play if Google actually removed the previous application due to the many scam reports from users.

Although I haven't tried the other two, such scam sites that don't have good reviews should be avoided.

I've tried the iOS version of AliceBob Wallet:

By the way, I found a review about AliceBob Wallet on the site https://changelly.com/blog/alicebob-wallet/

By the way, I found a review about AliceBob Wallet on the site https://changelly.com/blog/alicebob-wallet/

DWYOR-DYOR

That article was written by a woman with an AI generated profile picture. This author has written dozens of articles in the past 24 hours so clearly they are using AI to create blog articles. It is strange that Changelly would mention this unknown wallet on their website. Coincidentally, AliceBob LLC is registered in St. Vincent & the Grenadines and so is Marella LLC, the company behind Changelly. Another coincidence, AliceBob wallet was removed from Google Play and so were all the FreeWallet apps. FreeWallet is supposedly one of the many scams that Changelly’s creator is involved with. AliceBob, FreeWallet, and Changelly’s websites all have a blog section with generic search engine optimized articles. I can’t say conclusively that this is another of Changelly’s scams, but there is enough red flags to be suspicious of this closed source wallet.

Changelly themselves are not a good company as far as I know and I can tell you that they have scam history too. If their service itself is not good, it's not big surprise if they add something scam to their blog or create new wallet to make an ecosystem around Changelly.

Changelly has connection with Guarda wallet that does not have good review too.

It's possible that you might have sent your Bitcoin through a different blockchain network that your wallet doesn't support, which is why you can't see it in your wallet. You can check the transaction using the transaction ID to confirm this.
If that's the case, you can import your wallet into one that supports the network to which your cryptocurrency was sent, allowing you to access your funds.

What are you saying? OP made a bitcoin transaction and already shared its ID. Electrum is also a bitcoin wallet and doesn't support any altcoin.
