I can't find the logic here, you are fully aware that your platform is blocked by metamask and yet you come here to create an announcement and promote your platform, This is like digging your platform's grave, not all visitors of your site know that you are addressing the issues all they will see is the restriction and warning imposed by Metamask.
You should not have opened a thread here until the restriction is lifted

MyCoinChange has been blocked by https://metamask.io for close to a year now. No incidents have occurred and we have grown and further legitimized the business. We have come to the source of the issues to let others know that we are working well and secure regardless of what Metamask says. People will now be able to reference legitimate proof!

If you requested Metamask to remove the warning from your site, and they refused, we should all trust them more. Why would anyone take the risk of using your site?
Ultimately, it's just another intermediary with the Changenow API, so you don't offer anything new or special worth paying attention to.

Then there's no use for you to continue your business, people trust the judgement of Metamask more than your reasoning, its not the absence of scam reports that will make you legit, getting flagged by Metamask is the surest way to ruin one's business.

If you cannot take down the review or the flag, then there's no use to continuing this business; you are in a losing end continuing with all the warnings attached to your platform when there are other alternatives.

What do you mean you have grown and made your website legitimate, You cannot run an online service marked as a phishing site, people will report you to your domain registrar or your host, its against the terms of both the registrar and the host if you host a phishing site, and worse, you can be charged.
I recommend that you stop promoting your platform, choose a maintenance homepage until you take down that flag

Finally, you are able to do that I did mention that there's no use running your business with those red flag coming from Metamask

Then there's no use for you to continue your business, people trust the judgement of Metamask more than your reasoning, its not the absence of scam reports that will make you legit, getting flagged by Metamask is the surest way to ruin one's business.

And now that you finally take the warning off, you will have to do a lot of work to dispel that misconception that your exchange is not phishing and also there are a lot of questions about the integrity of your platform you need to address to get your exchange back on business.

As a rule of thumb, anything that questions the integrity of the platform should be addressed before promoting the platform because what's the use of promoting a platform that is questionable.

Its not that the signature campaign will get you a lot of leads, but something that will have a recall of your brand in the community, and that's a good start in reviving your business.

I also recommend that you lock this thread, create a new one with a well designed announcement, You can hire a designer in the service section, that will be a  fresh start for your exchange.

These are all marketing matters and it mostly depends on the budget that some service has. A constant presence in the media through advertising is certainly desirable, but one should not blame someone if this is not possible.
But yes, the start marked in red by metamask is not desirable.
