In my opinion, a watcher in the database is needed
When a title that's absolutely identical is written within a few hours, you should send an automatic alert to the moderators so you're always on top of things.
It's not a difficult thing to do but I don't know if it makes sense to do it
alternatively we can do, I can do it too, a tool that relies on the tryninja site and do something like this

With the risk of the spammers reading this, this is what I've done to block pretty much 100% of the spam for people who are tracking the gambling board on my telegram bot.

If it's the first post of an user (brand new account), no notification.
If there is at least another topic with the same title in the last 24h, no notification.

Both rules work together very well.

Added it to my bot as well, but it's a simple counter that starts reporting at 5 occurrences. Don't want to instantly nuke the account, in case I made a mistake, but will do some more optimizing.

Yeah, it is actually insane. They also always come in waves. Could be quiet again for a few months and then return. I really wonder how well the scam works.

My guess: someone pays for a spam service, the spammer "delivers", and if the "buyer" doesn't get ROI because the posts get nuked within seconds, the spam wave ends.

I also use ROI in the security field, if you don't tell people that you're rich (in this case you are rich) criminals go trawling
so a little more security than the masses lowers their ROI a lot and they leave you alone

if they know you're a millionaire then they go spear phishing and that's a little more complicated

Yes, that's highly possible because scam developers often pay for spamming so they can get better result when someone buys their coin/product or install their malicious coded scripts.

Other than span service, there's also chance that some spammers might themselves create multiple accounts or use low rank accounts that are mostly present in hacker logs and utilize such accounts for spamming activity. Of course both have same purpose that's to trap innocent people with greed who often don't understand the cleverly used tricks of such scammers.

There should be a type of agent or bot that may look for all such type of threads, and as soon as it finds such posts, it may report it to admin/moderator or it should have privilege to delete that thread or temp ban the accounts that create such threads.

I just found different way to spam/share their "changenow exploit" which is actually malware. Looking at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5557402.0, they use full member with image to make it more conniving. Afterwards, they use 3 newbie account that claim the "exploit" works while in reality is different.

Edit: thread have been moderator. If you see archive on https://archive.ph/z5u40 and https://ninjastic.space/topic/5557402, they edit the thread after being created as attempt to avoid being archived.

So, I've reported two posts by CapGelatik that have been already deleted. I am going to report a few more but can that guy be banned or sth? I seem to remember that nuke is for lower ranked members. Anyway, he is spamming all over the boards with a similar method.

I thought I would share this post I saw here because I can't help but feel like this is one of those spam threads with suspicious links that pops up out of nowhere. Also, I feel like the thread I saw this post from was specifically made just for this post, with a suspicious link.
