We all have our opinion, and if I am left to choose between investing in bitcoin and building a hotel, then I will go for bitcoin investment. I just have multiple reasons why I just believe bitcoin investment is just the best, but before investing in bitcoin, then you are supposed to have proper knowledge about bitcoin first, know how to secure your bitcoin, and also know how to store your bitcoin private key, so that you won’t end up losing your bitcoin after holding for some time. Some people believe in having physical assets, so I am sure some people will definitely go for that, which I won’t say is a bad idea, but I prefer bitcoin investment.

Building a hotel requires infrastructure and must have management so it is much more difficult and I think not everyone is able to build this business because there are many things to consider. While investing in bitcoin does not require a lot of money because we can run the investment slowly according to the capital we have. Both are good ideas, but we also have to see opportunities because not all places are suitable for building hotels.

Investing in bitcoin is also very simple because we can do it ourselves and do not need help from others. Apart from knowledge, the capital required is also not too large so that anyone can be involved in it, but building a hotel requires a large capital because it requires a building or other needs.

If I were asked to choose between building a hotel and investing in Bitcoin, I would definitely choose hotel building. Building a hotel means that it is a permanent property of mine where I will get a regular income from time to time through which I can earn money and later invest in bitcoins.

Yes, of course the property is yours, for example you have earned income from your hotel business, have you ever thought about the costs incurred to make the hotel, have you ever calculated or studied where the profits are, Is it possible that in the next 5 years we will achieve or be able to cover the costs of this development?

Profits can be obtained but it requires a long term because you have to cut costs that have been previously incurred, whether it is the cost of purchasing a plot of land, licensing costs to the local government, and costs of collaboration between contractors or design and there are many costs involved. What if you put it in bitcoin on the day of building the hotel, which one is more efficient, I of course choose bitcoin, bitcoin doesn't involve too many costs compared to if we build a hotel.

Considering any of the two options, you should know that you still need a start up capital. But then is we look closely, Bitcoin investment need just little capital compared to raising a hotel building. You can continue to accumulate using different methods made available to Bitcoiners to help increase their stash of Bitcoin without  having to much stress. Again, raising a hotel building, you can get paid offering services to customers and then using this money to buy Bitcoin. Literally you are having two investments. What ever choice you chose to make is totally up to you and depends on your capital.

The rating of your hotel can go low due to some misunderstanding or the way your staff are treating your customers and since you can't be everywhere at once, you won't know what is going on in your hotel when you're not around and this can make your business begin to struggle. I agree that bitcoin is a more reliable investment, but a hotel could be way more profitable short-term because you can increase the profit by putting in more work and making the hotel better. That doesn't mean it's the better investment though, because the hotel requires constant work to stay profitable, and it's much less dependable for all of the reasons you mentioned.

Although I am not very experienced in investing, but I can say that if you want to invest in crypto then it is best to buy bitcoin. If you buy bitcoins and hold them, then surely you can earn good amount of profit from it. Moreover, investing in Bitcoins requires you to always be patient and plan long-term which will take you to the point where you will get profit. Among the investment options I prefer only Bitcoin which is the most trusted and popular currency for me. Yeah, there are many opportunities in life outside Cryptocurrency and one can choose to participate in several if they're opportuned to, I so much believe in diversification when it comes to investments cause there's a saying that you don't lay all your eggs in one basket, which means that diversification when it comes to investment or Businesses is definitely allowed. The hotel business is a very lucrative industry, it relates with Real Estate (hospitality sector) so it's a very good investment option. However Bitcoin investment also have proved to be very beneficial over the years due to it's increase in price overtime so it's a very good digital asset for investment. Though it doesn't relate with the hotel business but they share something similar which is (good management) and if managed properly could be very beneficial to the investors overtime. Well, an investor can choose to invest in hotel business and use part of their profits to diversify into the Bitcoin investment and DCA, that's my own opinion.

If you buy bitcoins and hold them, then surely you can earn good amount of profit from it. Choosing to invest in Bitcoin can be done by anyone and most importantly they have learned the basics of the investment and understand it well and for someone who is new to understanding it will be better that they have a long-term plan but you must still have an income that can meet your needs in order to maintain the investment in the long term,  Because if you don't have an income that can meet your daily needs, of course it will be difficult to be able to maintain these assets in the long term.

To be in the safer side, I will build hotel with part of the money and hold Bitcoin with the remaining money because both of them looks very important.

Investing all the money into Bitcoin might come some challenges which include selling some Bitcoin when urgent money is needed and it can be at any price be it while on profit or not, and if you don't know much about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, you can carelessly lose your Bitcoin investment.

Actually, both are equally good to invest in, and both have their own advantages and disadvantages. The point is, before starting, the most important thing that is really needed is knowledge and between the two, which one you can fully master. There is no denying that bitcoin is a good choice because as you explained, bitcoin is simpler than building a hotel with a lot of infrastructure and of course it is not easy to run it yourself. However, bitcoin has a very high risk if accompanied by sufficient knowledge, especially about wallet security.

So, if you ask on this forum, of course many people advise you to invest in bitcoin. But it all comes back to you, which investment do you master well, or is it better to invest in a hotel first and then invest in bitcoin from the rental income of the hotel, this will also be better and safer while learning the basics of bitcoin more broadly. You said an investor which means you already own an investment and you now want to diversify, for me i'll prefer you buy bitcoin even though building a hotel and use the proceeds to invest in bitcoin may sound like a good idea but owning a standard hotel right now is gonna cost you a lot coupled with the stress of running, securing and maintaining a hotel is very expensive whereas if you diversify into bitcoin you don't need any maintenance apart from if you decides to buy from time to time after you have lump sum your capital in it, all you need is just to secure your asset and since you are already an investor it means you can take very good care of immediate things with your income which will give you an ease over your investment in bitcoin without stress.

 I have a close relative who owns a big hotel in my City and i know the kind of stress he gets from running his hotel but it's not like owning a hotel is not a good business but the stress is just too much and at first you will made good money from it but when some facilities starts getting old and needs more maintenance that's when it becomes so tiring as the more you are making money from it, the more you are spending to keep it in good quality just to still attract more customers..

Being in bitcoin is more flexible because even with the money we set aside from our income, we can already be in it so this should be a concern.

Being in other businesses (I would consider hotels as a business not an investment) is still very good but just like in other property businesses this obviously requires a fairly large and sustainable venture capital which in the end this can be a little difficult when the financial situation we have is only mediocre. Not that it can't be done but it will still be a bit difficult because we have to be able to prepare reserve capital to deal with some unexpected problems such as repair or maintenance costs.

Unlike bitcoin, which we only need to try to buy so that even if it is only a set aside from monthly income, for example 10 percent or 15 percent every month, it can still be done to invest and we also don't need to think about maintenance costs and others because the focus is only on purchases.

I think the post is talking about diversification and not necessarily a comparison of Bitcoin investment and other investment opportunities. In comparison, a lot of people in the forum, including myself will go for Bitcoin as the best investment option but since the discussion is diversification, it means someone making alternative investment after investing in Bitcoin, this being some sort of hedge to the Bitcoin investment. Depending on the location, hotel can be very profitable and a very good option for diversification and I will definitely go for it.

Investment mainly depends on the amount of risk a person can accept, if an investor thinks that his construction site will be better than bitcoin investment then he will choose the investment that will be better and the profit will be higher and the risk will be lower. If one can rent a hotel or building instead of investing in bitcoins then it will be considered as a permanent and risk free investment.
But if someone thinks that investing in Bitcoin is more acceptable and profitable than real estate or building construction, he can invest in Bitcoin at full personal risk. However, investing in Bitcoin is long-term and time-consuming and may result in profits from Bitcoin or losses instead of future gains.
