Seeing the fact that AI could possibly limits the work loads of human efforts it's a plus to every organization and companies the adopts it's use, but there's no difference with the fact that youk still need humanly efforts to control or run this AI machines. Just as you said when the First machine was invented it still required an effort that controls it's effectiveness so therefore it's great having AI technology widespread over the nation but it definitely won't take over jobs from humans cause they are one control buttons to AI machines and technology.

human control over the AI is temporary, if replacing even the human control with AI could improve efficiency of the company they will, it's all about money at the end of the day, human control is only one step from AI abstraction since AI can do such thing just fine.

heck, even in the future I would expect AI to be able to produce another AI, making human interaction redundant, at that point, what's stopping a company from being ran by AI and owned by only several executives, I think there's no stopping right there.

Well I do know it is a concern now for us with jobs about AI taking it over. But we must not live in fear of this AI technology. It is still very new and we do not know if that will replace us humans.
It is something we must want to think for the kids in the future. Robots and machines always can take over some jobs humans do. But we can not worry about this so much.

We have nowhere to go but to adapt with the new technology including AI. This is just the start and I think it was introduced long time ago and yet we're not alarmed of what it can do because there's not that much attention to it. But now that we can see what it can do to the point that it can replace a lot of jobs, that's something alarming that we've put our attention into it. However, with that scare, we can turn it into opportunities as these AIs can also work with us so, we can see those AI prompt jobs that can be another career.

Adaptation will be needed if we don't want to be left from other people because in the next years, people will not just stay quiet with the new technology which can help them to do their daily activity. They will trying to have a skill to use AI because they see the change will coming and the renewable technology will be used so if they can not use that new technology and AI, they will not have survive in the hardest competition in the future.

Little by little, the adoption will increase and each country that has their own niche for the industries that they are good at can see the gpotential of AI and put it into good use.

The adoption will be there for people who wants to follow the future and will take their parts to use that new technology and that will be wide openly for them. We don't have to afraid to learns because we are not alone that want to have a chance to survive in the future.

Worrying is our emotional response to the possibility that will happen, so it's very natural for us to be afraid, it's just that we need to be better at managing our fears to remain more creative in working using AI, I personally believe that most of the workforce will be replaced by AI, both heavy and light, although not all of them will be replaced by AI in the near future, but nothing is impossible if this technology continues to be developed.
It is a good step to teach our generation to control AI, because it seems that people who can control AI or make AI in the future will be the workforce needed or can make their own AI to sell to many companies, because AI will be needed for effectiveness and efficiency.
