I also don't know if there is like a weight class here? I mean I have seen big men vs short and obviously if this is a sport known for it's brute strength this it's no way fair to see that the competition is even unlike in boxing wherein there is a certain weight that boxer should be before they engage in a brutal combat.

To he honest, I still do watch some of the highlights when I see it in my Tiktok, some are brutally knockout, while others are just laughing it out hard when they are hit. There are ladies too on the same stage and it's as brutal as when they go down like their counterpart. So this is really a very dangerous fight to be honest and I do agree that one blow might make someone disabled them.

"Harm" is subjective, for some people it's harm, for other people it's not harm because they already deal with it.

We can understand two combatants fighting and defending themselves, but not here. Both are just stationary, and just waiting to hit each other with that force. Sometimes, it is a miss and so the other side is standing. I think the game has categories because it will be dangerous if the weight of the participant is not taken into consideration. From the games I have watched the weight or size looks fair. I recently watched one where a participant was slapped directly on his ears and he collapsed. They even have coaches, who help train them on how to give fatal slaps. I have also watched the lady's version of the game and the same risks are also evident. The rules of the game need to be reviewed with the assistance of medical practitioners. Children shouldn't be exposed to this kind of sport because they might want to practice it.

The Power Slap fight is just as dangerous as every fighting game due to their ability to inflict physical damage on the participants, but I think this one is more dangerous that every other fighting games we know, because the fighters are not given the opportunity to defend themselves from their opponent's attacks, you just stand there, receive and absorb the slap and then you're allowed to reciprocate the gesture, you both just go on and on until one party either passes out or is incapable of continuing with the fight.

I also don't think it's a real sport. Its popularity is only due to the fact that it gets a lot of views on social networks and platforms. Although I don't like it, I sometimes see it. Most of those that engage activily in this kind of game become def over the years and majority of other's end up with life time ear injury, so this game is mostly discouraged and seen as outlaws games and for some reason there is speculations that slap game is mostly prisoner's game and that is it originate from among immates.

The question now is whether the money being won in the game is worth the player being deaf or dumb in the end, maybe dead in the worst cases. Well I think there are people who actually enjoys this show, yeah a lot of people finds it intriguing, and people do bet on them, I mean what do people not bet on, if people can bet on two cocks fighting themselves, of course they’ll also bet on two people slapping the daylight out of themselves. Power slap is just as dangerous as boxing or other fighting games because people can still get fatal injuries from them, except for the facts there are no defensive measures for the opponents, so if they’re unable to ban boxing, then I don’t think it’s impossible to also ban the Power slap fight. I just watch these event twice on the social media and I didn't like how I felt witnessing that kind of event. Someone (defenseless) being landed a heavy hot slap on the cheek and from the video, something fell out of his mouth which I felt was the tooth of the person. It's quite clear that Power Slap is an inhumane act that shouldn't be practiced by an athlete. That's why it has no TV deal. No TV channel would agree to accept a brutal act that will leave its athlete disabled after the end of the show. What will be the message passed to the viewers? I have always seen this game as a weird sport not because of what people say about it but because of the health hazards it can actually cause. If you have watched the athletes during these games you would notice that the impact of those slaps actually makes them unconscious sometimes, this can expose them to some health issues. I personally think that this game should be banned completely, I can't even classify this as a skilled based game because you can't really tell who the better athlete is till one of them is knocked out, I can't put my money on this.
