Ethereum is a coin that should always be going higher and higher, which means that if bitcoin is going higher then ethereum should be able to replicate the same thing, we have always seen them move together. I can see how bitcoin could have a good month on October, which means that ethereum should have a good month as well.

I believe $4000 is not impossible, it can happen and we shouldn't be worried about it, I get people are doubtful about how to reach out to higher levels, but it is true that we are going to get great results and shouldn't get terrible results because we believe that bitcoin is on the verge of a bull run, which could result with ethereum going up with bitcoin as well.

The trickiest part is trying to get as much as you can before it goes up, we do not have unlimited amount of money so how can we find more money to invest. When I say stuff like I believe $4000 for ethereum, people ask me why I do not buy more, but the reality is the fact that I do not have more, I would have to literally sell stuff I own to pay for it, and I do not do that. I even need new clothes for the upcoming winter, and not buying anything, and just holding my coins right now, think how much I trust a bull run.

October was a month of hope after the beginning of the month in September we saw how the market fell so deep but towards the end of the month prices recovered after a lot of positive sentiment came in.

Ethereum's movement will not be much different from bitcoin because these two coins have the same upward flow if you pay attention, therefore if it is not October, the recovery is faster, then getting to $3000 will be easier and can even push to $3500 if the positive trend continues to rise.

People call this month “UPtober” hope for the crypto market UP.

But my prediction for the price of Ethereum for this month of October is that it should surpass $3k at the end of it. Currently, it's on $2400 so a $600 increase isn't that much.

I too put my hopes into ~3500-ish though with the situation in the world and how it may go from there it's questionable how October will be in its first half Only time will tell.

even if we are not getting it this year at least the early quarter of the coming year will surely the trend setter.

Altcoin season will definitely come and we'll see the signs through ETH's rise first. But there's no assurance that if this Uptober is going to be the right month for that. So, we've got two things for this October and everyone has to remember these two things.

I have read that somewhere and we don't know if Ethereum will be hitting $3k back again for this month. And if not, everyone only needs patience for us to see that and if this year won't do good for it. Push your lucks to 2025.

I believe that Ethereum price will go above $3000 as if btc price go up again. The logic behind is that trending and more possible buy for holding. There are lots of tokens depend on Ethereum so more possible projects will come and more trade will happen.  I do not believe that it depends on world economy as it depends on trending situation. Although everything in crypto is volatile but we can assume that something good will happen.

What's the difference of what it hits in the next month or so.  I think with large caps and coins like bitcoin, eth, etc are more long term plays.  Who knows what short term prices will be with crypto barely anybody can figure that out in the short term.  Long term yeah it's gonna hit that amd probably far exceed it

Not a bad call, 3.5k is definitely possible for ETH, we have already seen it drop a lot and around 2.3k to 2.4k levels are way too low for ETH right now. I believe the price is undervalued at the moment and we could make it much higher if we just start buying a bit more.

Obviously we are not going to see this growth if we do not carry our own load, we need to keep working towards making this work one way, and this would not be all that easy at all, it would require a lot of work for this to happen and a lot of purchases as well. This is why we need to make sur ewe are dealing with something that could make a lot of profit.

So, we need to realize maybe things aren't really as bad as you may think it is, and ETH could maybe do fine but it needs our help. Reaching 5k is not impossible as well if we see market go up, but will market go up that much during 2024?

I believe 2025 is the time we will see these increases, I believe in 2025 price of bitcoin will be 100k+ and during the same time ETH could become 5k+ as well, not a bad increase, more than double of right now, so it should be a good point to wait, I am sure people will be happy to see such a big improvement on price but we may need to wait a bit more.

Ethereum has been dumping more than other altcoins in the market so Ethereum holders are waiting for the market correction. However, in the current month of October, there will be a correction if the market is a little bit, this correction will continue till the end of 2024. But I think that by the end of October the price of Ethereum will exceed 3 thousand dollars.

ETH is quite decentralized in term of holder, I'm sure at some point institutional will be interested, there has been some big financial institutions deploying their things in ETH, i think financial institution investment toward ETH is imminent, don't know when though.

but one thing for sure the financial institution won't choose a coin that's full of VC allocation, so ETH is among the best choice, it's just the sentiment isn't that good with all the fud going around added with people over the twitter keep on saying the ETH founder selling their ETH which just adds something to the mess.

but If I were to bet, ETH can still have the potential to grow its market cap further, it just need to wait for financial institution to tap into other means of crypto investments.

There are differences. First it was the value obviously. Since ETH is not a stablecoin, its price will likely to change. Another difference is the mood of the people. It will also shift along with the price. Even though large cap coins that you mentioned there are more guaranteed to last long, it is still possible to earn for the short term on them (especially Bitcoin) because its volatility is much higher than the rest.

In terms of predicting, I even think that short term is much easier than the long term but both can still allow us to make mistakes sometimes. It is better to be on the safer side than sorry by allocating only amounts that we can afford to lose.
