This is what I saw while I was verifying my email after creating an account with Niyvi. However it seems the email already has been verified. Not sure why it was showing the Error message.

Probably just a UI issue. I saw similar cases like this on a new website, it should be easy to fix.

Btw I'm not a grammar expert but I think changing "Successful Verification" to "successful verification" is better. I don't think other websites capitalize them too. It's not like it refers to a specific/special process anyway. CMIIW.

It could be. Maybe the algorithm pulled the wrong popup. I can see my email is verified.

Honestly, if this casino proves to be reliable in the long term without being properly license, I still could see it being successful within the gambling community, specially those who are concerned with providing their person information to centralized entities and regulators.
Though, they must be very careful when comes to unpurposely providing liquidity money launderers and criminals with their casino, otherwise it could be just matter of time before their domain gets seized by either the European Union or the United States, in a similar manner to what happened to Chipmixer, even though the latter had nothing to do with gambling.

To be fair regulation is an issue for most of them. The government won't let them run their business without any KYC/AML process, unless of course they don't register their business in their area but it will be another issue of how to trust this new business with no license etc.

You're right and I already know the government is partly the issue, but my problem with them is that they fully understand that the long arm of the government will still catch up on them yet they advertise a no-KYC casino, which looks tricky and deliberate. And the devilish part is that so far your money is with them, the moment the ToS changes from the No-KYC to KYC casino, you will not be able to withdraw your money unless you complete the KYC, how fair is that? Has the privacy not been compromised for the core privacy-inclined people?

Won't this clutter this thread tho? A service usually create another thread for review campaigns like this. Maybe you can do the same and hire a campaign manager to manage the reviews. I participated in a few review campaigns, some of them not related to casino and it looks quite successful for the project (one of them do it twice afaik). Obviously better rewards will attract better reviewers.

It does not look like a campaign to me. On games and rounds board you need to give btc reward and it must be a raffle type reward where nothing is guaranteed. On service board you will also need to pay btc reward. It's free spins offering and I do not think it's going to make much difference if they offer it here or create a new topic for it in the gambling section.

I'm pretty sure this is one of the issues being discussed when this thread first launched. You should re-read the first few pages and see their response to that question. AFAIK they changed their terms after some questioning, such as removing KYC after your turnover reached $30k. They will still ask for KYC if they suspect you're involved with malicious activities so that's that.

I don't know how KYC is at start and will be removed after $30k turnover reached. I don't read previous replies of the team, but from your post, it's a strange policy, because identity document is there, and removed KYC here is like only a term on paper.

I know there are terms for Data controlling like "Rights to be forgotten" but who knows what will happen with your data after you submit it to any company. Forgotten, erased, you never know.

They will still ask for KYC if they suspect you're involved with malicious activities so that's that.

This term is commonly applied on any centralized platform, if you feel risky with it, don't use centralized platform.
