It all depends on each person's basic needs which are sometimes uncertain. For example, every week you allocate a list of needs with a limited amount, then you must follow the benchmark. Regardless of the uncertain price, at least the price range per week can still be the same as the previous week. If possible, the expenses in that week can be used for the following week. Honestly. I have lost counts trying to keep a budget but will end up spending beyond my budget. •Pay rent
•Pay amortization(if have)
•Casual spend on outside spending (things,eating outside etc)

spending unnecessarily do make people to be poor, many people I know that do lives a luxury life is now regretting living a luxury life, when you fails to strategies,well you will go back to square one, so I know that what we are suppose to do whenever we have money is to diversify our investment instead of living a worldly life, I did not condemn the fact of anyone who is into cruising life, but when you are living a big life you should try to remember that we have what it call setback when you mismanage what you have it will take you time to recover it, some people live and forget to remember how they have suffered before, and how manage they get were they are today, I do advise people to spend what that cannot affect their business in future.
